House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

House da mamma is a cozy house in the historic part of Rovinj, near the church of St. Euphemia and the park. It is a holiday haven for family or friends. There are a lot of good emotions and pleasant memories in its equipment and substance. In recent years, it has been successfully rented and has received great reviews. This year, the house returned to the family, gained a new bedroom, bathroom and exclusive access to the yard, which is its great asset.

There is a small courtyard and parking place. The apartment consist of a kitchen ( cooking basics,microwave,cofee maker, el. water kettle,iron ) , bathroom ( shower,towels, hairdryer), and bedroom ( twin bed, TV ) overlooking the garden with flowers. On the way from the apartment to the beach is our olive grove with 100 olive trees. Nearby are the restaurants Teza, Batelina, Terra Istriana, Pizzeria Nina, Hotel Del Mar, bakery and market with home-made fruit and vegetables. The Cintinera beach is 700 meters away.
