Townhouse holiday rentals in Polynesia

We had a fabulous time in Maui and coming “home” everyday to Joe & De’s was just like coming home. Grateful for them sharing their little slice of paradise. It was welcoming and comfortable and we will stay again next time we visit the islands. Mahalo!

First I will say that renting from Jay was an awesome experience. He was incredibly responsive to all my questions and made me feel right at home. The condo itself felt like a home and not a sterile hotel/condo or mass vacation home set up. I really did feel like I was staying at my friend’s house. The amenities in the bathrooms and kitchens were beyond what I expected and we cooked in the condo quite a bit since it was over the holidays and we spent a lot of time together as a family. The welcome kit we had when we arrived was perfect and the coffee was much needed for our daily morning fix. The condo is super comfortable for either two couples or a family. The two bedrooms are spread out and each has a TV and bathroom so you have privacy. The lanai has amazing views and the living room and dining area is really spacious. It’s at the end of the complex but that means you only have neighbors on one side. I honestly never heard anyone except when on the lanai or with windows open.

Brad was a lovely host with a beautiful townhouse. He gave many recommendations on things to do and places to eat before we got to the island. The home was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for our week stay. When we arrived, we were greeted with some Hawaiian goodies to snack on, and we were thrilled! Brad always responded right away and was so helpful and kind. The property is quiet and there is a shopping center just across the street with coffee, groceries and a restaurant. Otherwise there is a shopping village along with TONS of ice cream, coffee and restaurants along the coastline about 15 minutes away. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

Beautiful home, great location for a quiet vacation. There’s plenty of great relaxing beaches within a 20 minute radius. The home is fully equipped for beach days, has a stocked kitchen with pots and pans, a great top loading washer, front loading dryer and an awesome AC system that will keep you cool .There’s a few grocery stores around within 5-15 minutes, but if you’re looking to cook at home more there’s Safeway, Costco and Island Naturals about 40-45 minutes away that has more selection of foods. Planning ahead helps diminish the drives to the grocery store.

I can’t recommend Seth’s place highly enough. Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was extremely clean, and so beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we could have needed. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and soap/shampoo and conditioner which is so appreciated. The beds were so comfortable! Seth was a very gracious host, keeping a line of communication open our entire stay, and making sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for somewhere to book and think this place might be for you, quit looking and book this place now!!! Everything about it is perfect! Our only regret is not having more time there.

This was our second time staying at Olfat’s place, and it was just as incredible as the first. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Princeville. The kitchen is great for cooking, and having laundry on-site is a welcomed bonus. Communication was stellar, and everything was easy to find with convenient parking. The morning rain was stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. Highly recommend—looking forward to returning!

We enjoyed our stayed at this very peaceful and quiet location. The check in and out process was very easy. The home was clean and well equipped, especially for a young family. The garage was full of recreational equipment for the beach along with a wagon to carry things to the beach club. We had one maintenance issue which was quickly addressed. We would consider this home for future visits.

Nathan's townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great, close to beach and with a pool and tennis courts. Check in was easy. Nathan was quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

We loved Ryan’s house! It was spacious for the 5 of us, and wish we could have spent more time there but island adventures awaited us. Actually better than the photos. Ryan was great to work with, communicated in a timely manner. All the extra equipment was so clutch like beach chairs, umbrellas. Also had bikes and other water toys we didn’t get a chance to use. Princeville is stunning. Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever back on the island!

This house had everything you could need for a family vacation. Beach towels, beach toys, a cooler, a wagon, floaties, kids bowls and utensils, two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and anything else You could think of. The location was amazing, the lagoons nearby (you can even walk to them in about 20 minutes!) were beautiful and not crowded, close restaurants and an ABC store. The host was responsive and EXTREMELY helpful, even calling when I needed a little help finding the place in the dark! There is nothing else you could want!

We had a fabulous week here! We would absolutely come back. Not only was it as advertised, but there was so much more thought put into renters needs. The condo had several items at renters disposal that made the stay more fun. Things like beach chairs, coolers and boogie boards. The kitchen made cooking easy and fun. This gives renters options as how they want yo spend their time and money. Highly recommend this rental!

We had an amazing stay at JT’s condo in Princeville. The unit is beautiful, very clean and includes absolutely anything you could possibly need during your stay! The location in Princeville was perfect for all of our Kauai adventures. JT is extremely responsive and very helpful…he includes a very comprehensive list of do’s and dont’s which we appreciated. We travel fairly extensively with airbnb and this may be the very best experience we have ever had.

This stay was everything we needed and more! We came to celebrate our anniversary and baby moon, and Lahaina delivered — especially this perfect spot. The location was unbeatable: close to beaches, shops, and food (maybe too close, because I gained 8 pounds from all the loco mocos!). The neighborhood was clean, quiet, and felt like our own little retreat. The home itself was spotless, comfy, and exactly as described. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax, eat way too much, and make some amazing memories.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and the pool was right behind the unit. The master bedroom/bathroom were great. The bed was very comfortable. The location is very close to all the resorts and only 25 minutes from the airport. Would highly recommend!

Super séjour à 5 dans le logement d’Angèle. On a été bluffés de l’espace disponible, de la qualité du jardin. Je recommanderai quand même d’être véhiculés ou alors de prévoir des sorties avec transferts car pas évident d’avoir un taxi sans anticiper, et le logement reste assez loin du premier petit magasin ou autre à pied (45min à pied de Matira même si ça fait une jolie balade!). Wifi parfois approximatif mais on est pas là pour ça après tout !

We will definitely be staying here again when we return to the Big Island. It was the perfect size for our group, and it had everything we could need and more. Everything was clean when we checked in, and just as described. So close to all of the shops, and a great middle point for sight seeing. Our 3 year old loved the pool right nearby that had a shallow end just his size. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Tia and Jeremiah’s place is perfect! They were so thoughtful in all of the little pieces that a lot of air bnb’s forget (stain remover, bug spray, sandwich baggies etc) that make the stay that much easier. It was clean, great WiFi, beautiful views, so easy to get around. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Great host. There were lots of beach supplies and the tropical grounds are beautiful. The couch/bed was comfortable. Short drive to all the well known beaches. The unit was quiet and the little park next door is also nice. Just a fantastic stay, all around!

My family and I stayed at Gabriel’s place for 7 days and had a wonderful experience. Gabriel was an excellent host—very attentive and responsive on the message board, which made everything easy and smooth. The space itself was spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the sunset views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay!

We loved our stay at Villa Lava. The check in and check out process was easy. The unit was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there were lots of extras in the pantry. It came with everything you would need for a great day at the beach or pool. Janine was quick to respond to questions and she provided some great ideas for things to do and see in the area. All in all, I would rate it a 10 out of 10 and I look forward to a future visit.

Gay Lena and Brian were excellent hosts ! They helped our daughter check in early as she arrived alone because our plane got delayed. It was so kind of them ! Their home was super comfortable and had everything we needed ! We especially loved the location - right across the street from a beautiful surf and snorkle beach! When the kids were done at the beach, we enjoyed the pool! It was also a perfect place to watch sunsets! We would definitely love to come again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for families, spacious, clean, and very private, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The host was incredibly responsive and super friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. There’s also a private beach nearby, and the host provides everything you might need for a beach day, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and more. The location was also a big plus, there’s a Foodland nearby along with other stores and restaurants, which made it really convenient. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Loved the location and the place was peaceful. Instructions were very clear and pictures were provided so I knew exactly what to look for. Everything shuts down early and no late night partying neighbors. Beds were comfortable, even the pullout bed was nice enough for my teenagers to fight over. Princeville is super nice and worth the drive. Only “complaint” is as soon as you walk in the front door, there is a step down to the main area that is hard to see as the floor blends together (same tile above and below the step) and potential for missing the step and falling. We put the towel basket at the edge of the stair to remind us of the step and had no issues.
