Townhouse holiday rentals in Polynesia

Our family of 6 really enjoyed a week staying in this unit. Everything we needed was provided and the location is outstanding! Poipu beach is a 5 minute walk and there is a nice on-site swimming pool and hot tub. Beach toys for our toddler were a big hit too. It's so nice to stay in a home with a kitchen when traveling with little ones! Mahalo!

We had a fabulous time in Maui and coming “home” everyday to Joe & De’s was just like coming home. Grateful for them sharing their little slice of paradise. It was welcoming and comfortable and we will stay again next time we visit the islands. Mahalo!

Brad was a lovely host with a beautiful townhouse. He gave many recommendations on things to do and places to eat before we got to the island. The home was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed for our week stay. When we arrived, we were greeted with some Hawaiian goodies to snack on, and we were thrilled! Brad always responded right away and was so helpful and kind. The property is quiet and there is a shopping center just across the street with coffee, groceries and a restaurant. Otherwise there is a shopping village along with TONS of ice cream, coffee and restaurants along the coastline about 15 minutes away. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

I can’t recommend Seth’s place highly enough. Everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was extremely clean, and so beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we could have needed. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and soap/shampoo and conditioner which is so appreciated. The beds were so comfortable! Seth was a very gracious host, keeping a line of communication open our entire stay, and making sure we had everything we needed. If you are looking for somewhere to book and think this place might be for you, quit looking and book this place now!!! Everything about it is perfect! Our only regret is not having more time there.

This was our second time staying at Olfat’s place, and it was just as incredible as the first. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly located in Princeville. The kitchen is great for cooking, and having laundry on-site is a welcomed bonus. Communication was stellar, and everything was easy to find with convenient parking. The morning rain was stunning, adding to the serene atmosphere. Plus, it’s just a short drive to some of the best beaches in the world. Highly recommend—looking forward to returning!

Nathan's townhouse was perfect for our family of 5. The location was great, close to beach and with a pool and tennis courts. Check in was easy. Nathan was quick to respond to any questions we had. Will definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

Our family of four adults had a great stay at Shana’s townhouse. The home itself is very nice, beds were comfortable and we enjoyed everyone having their own room. The location was perfect for us as we loved staying on the North Shore. Shana provided lots of recommendations for things to do and was very responsive if we had questions about anything. We would love to come back—and soon!!

We had an amazing time at Jeff and Suzanne's place. The house is very spacious with absolutely everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The view from the house is absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed listening to the birds. There are many beautiful beaches near by, we were lucky enough to see turtles at A-Bay. The swimming pool is very clean, quiet and huge and it was definitely a plus. We really appreciated the access to the bikes in the garage as there are many things to do at a biking distance like the Petroglyphs and the beaches. Farmland, the supermarket is very close to the house and they had everything we needed. We recommend the Signature Sunset Paddle Tour we booked with Lights Up Hawaii. It's a small company with amazing guides. It was an absolute magic experience for us. Also, Jeff and Suzanne team is very responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend booking with them.

We loved Ryan’s house! It was spacious for the 5 of us, and wish we could have spent more time there but island adventures awaited us. Actually better than the photos. Ryan was great to work with, communicated in a timely manner. All the extra equipment was so clutch like beach chairs, umbrellas. Also had bikes and other water toys we didn’t get a chance to use. Princeville is stunning. Definitely would stay here again if I’m ever back on the island!

Great stay at this Fairways Townhouse. Space was clean, well appointed and perfect for our family of four. Easy stroll to the lovely pool and spa and convenient to walk to the beach to see sunsets, go to the nearby historic parks to see lava tubs and petrogyphs and a short drive to the private beach club. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Thomas place was great and perfect for two families. The kids loved going to the beach every day and playing in the pool. Thomas’ place was well stocked with everything one would need for time at the beach. Thank you again for a great stay!

This house had everything you could need for a family vacation. Beach towels, beach toys, a cooler, a wagon, floaties, kids bowls and utensils, two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and anything else You could think of. The location was amazing, the lagoons nearby (you can even walk to them in about 20 minutes!) were beautiful and not crowded, close restaurants and an ABC store. The host was responsive and EXTREMELY helpful, even calling when I needed a little help finding the place in the dark! There is nothing else you could want!

Fantastic stay with our little Family! The house was well equiped and in a great location with close driving distance to amazing beaches! Michel provided us with a local guide of the best places to see and we made sure we ticked them all off. Perfect spot for a week on the big island!

Great ocean view, beach access, comfortable beds and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The condo was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies, and the pool was right behind the unit. The master bedroom/bathroom were great. The bed was very comfortable. The location is very close to all the resorts and only 25 minutes from the airport. Would highly recommend!

Great stay for 5 in Angèle's home. We were amazed at the available space, the quality of the garden. I will still recommend being transported or to plan outings with transfers because it's not easy to have a taxi without anticipating, and the accommodation remains quite far from the first small shop or other on foot (45min walk to Matira even if it's a nice walk!). Wifi sometimes approximate but we're not here for that after all!

Tia and Jeremiah’s place is perfect! They were so thoughtful in all of the little pieces that a lot of air bnb’s forget (stain remover, bug spray, sandwich baggies etc) that make the stay that much easier. It was clean, great WiFi, beautiful views, so easy to get around. Would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Great host. There were lots of beach supplies and the tropical grounds are beautiful. The couch/bed was comfortable. Short drive to all the well known beaches. The unit was quiet and the little park next door is also nice. Just a fantastic stay, all around!

My family and I stayed at Gabriel’s place for 7 days and had a wonderful experience. Gabriel was an excellent host—very attentive and responsive on the message board, which made everything easy and smooth. The space itself was spacious, well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the sunset views from the balcony were absolutely stunning. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed stay!

We loved our stay at Villa Lava. The check in and check out process was easy. The unit was beautiful. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and there were lots of extras in the pantry. It came with everything you would need for a great day at the beach or pool. Janine was quick to respond to questions and she provided some great ideas for things to do and see in the area. All in all, I would rate it a 10 out of 10 and I look forward to a future visit.

Gay Lena and Brian were excellent hosts ! They helped our daughter check in early as she arrived alone because our plane got delayed. It was so kind of them ! Their home was super comfortable and had everything we needed ! We especially loved the location - right across the street from a beautiful surf and snorkle beach! When the kids were done at the beach, we enjoyed the pool! It was also a perfect place to watch sunsets! We would definitely love to come again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was perfect for families, spacious, clean, and very private, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The host was incredibly responsive and super friendly, always making sure we had everything we needed. There’s also a private beach nearby, and the host provides everything you might need for a beach day, chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, and more. The location was also a big plus, there’s a Foodland nearby along with other stores and restaurants, which made it really convenient. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Our family of four loved our stay! Such a beautiful condo with so many personal touches that made us feel right at home. Perfect stay for our time in Kauai!

We really enjoyed our stay on the big island. We loved getting up early to watch the sun rise with the view of Mauna Kea and watching the sunset from different nearby beaches. Making the day trip to Hilo was fun and a great way to see more of the island. Caroline was a gracious host and a great communicator. We appreciated all of the details of the condo, including all of the beach and kitchen supplies. The home is incredibly comfortable and well stocked, with extra toiletries and towels. My family also enjoyed daily trips to the pool/hot tub. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the big island.
