Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). Area of 110 m2 with kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 4 bedrooms (one of which opens onto the mezzanine) with double beds. Terrace, garage, 3500 m2 lot.
