Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach top. Ein Mietauto muss aber sein in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist enorm leise. Das Baden im Meer ist problemlos möglich, allerdings nur mit guten Badeschuhen. Was teilweise etwas irritierte, waren die Spaziergänger welche direkt vorne durchlaufen. Trotzdem hat es uns enorm gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und Jose hat immer schnell zurück geschrieben.

We really enjoyed our stay in Kisten's beautiful house. The house was absolutely perfect for our group of 12 people and a small child. The garden with the pool area and the outdoor kitchen were the absolute best but the whole house is fantastic. Robbie, who looks after the house and garden, was nice and helpful and we are super happy with our trip.

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend – nachts ist es absolut still, ideal zum Entspannen. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Besonders praktisch ist die Nähe zu verschiedenen Restaurants, die bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. In allen Zimmern gibt es Klimageräte, was den Aufenthalt auch an warmen Tagen sehr angenehm macht. Die Treppen im Haus sind etwas steil, was eventuell für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität beachtet werden sollte. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your beautiful house. Hosts were welcoming and informative. The house itself was clean and spacious, with lots of beautiful spaces to relax and unwind in. The pool and nature surroundings made for a perfect escape. The location up north was fantastic - there are lots of beautiful places to visit within a 5-20 minute drive. We were also blessed with a visit from the little cats on the property, which was a lovely addition. The hosts were very helpful and responded quickly when we needed an additional plug converter. Overall we had a very memorable and enjoyable time!

Wir hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen in Joses Unterkunft. Die Villa hat eine großartige Lage mit Blick auf die Berge und dennoch nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Ich habe noch nie so guten und freundlichen Service erlebt wie bei Jose, der sich direkt um unsere Anliegen gekümmert hat. Der Aufenthalt war für uns sehr unkompliziert, die Villa sehr sauber und gepflegt. Pollenca ist ein schönes Örtchen mit tollen Restaurants und einem schönen Markt. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen. Danke für alles!

I spent 4 weeks at Laura’s place in Pollensa in Oct-Nov. The main purpose was cycling and rollerskiing. In summary, I was happy with my stay. I find Pollensa just as good for training as Port Pollensa or Alcudia but more charming, authentic and fun. The old center is beautiful, and there are good restaurants within a short walk from the house. Driving on the narrow streets is tricky, but there is ample parking closeby. Laura’s place could feel crowded at full capacity of 5 pax, as there is just one bathroom and the well-stocked indoor kitchen is small. However, for warm weather, there is a larger outdoor dining area. There are no views from the apartment, as everything is enclosed in stone. Non-Spanish speaking visitors could also use a smart TV as there is a fast wifi. As a personal side note, the main highlight in the village was its 1000+ healthy and friendly community cats that are looked after by the locals and Cat Protection Pollensa, whom I was very lucky to meet and support.

We recently had a beautiful stay at Alexandra's place in Pollença. The property was so peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings. Alexandra was an incredible host. She was always quick to respond to any questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes, which we really enjoyed. If you're looking for a quiet retreat with an amazing, attentive host, I'd highly recommend staying at this place in Pollença. Thanks again Alex!

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour, très jolie résidence, calme, bien arboré, propre avec une piscine au top! Deux très belles plages accessibles à pied juste à côté, charmant endroit isolé des grandes villes. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et nous recommandons cet endroit! Hôte très sympathique, équipe de qualité.

Lovely neighborhood. And wonderful base for exploring north side of the island. Restaurant tips were great, too. We would happily stay there again.

Vielen Dank für den netten Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Wir hatten zwei Kleinigkeiten die nicht funktionierten und Charly hat sich umgehend gekümmert! Wie z.B. eine neue Kaffeemaschine. In der Wohnung ist es ganz früh morgens (4-5 Uhr) leider etwas laut, weil die Glascontainer um diese Unzeit geleert werden. Das ist aber so ein spanisches Ding. Wir haben woanders auch diese Erfahrung gemacht.

Wonderful sea view location. Balcony to have breakfast on in the morning, very peaceful. Everything needed in the apartment, on arrival milk, juice, tea, biscuits all provided. Margalida welcomed us and gave useful information where to visit, restaurants etc. There are sun beds in the apartment to take down to the beach. The sea is beautiful to swim in. Walks from the apartment easy and flat. Wonderful historical towns to visit. Everything you would want in a stay, great location, well equipped roomy apartment, comfy beds. We shall definitely visit here again. Thank you Margalida- you are a wonderful host.

Really nice place. Be careful with taxis's and the address. My fault - I don't know there are lots of number 75s! Pay attention to the photo's provided - I didn't ;( Very close to the end of Pine Walk - just off it but very close. Everything was really clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a nice weeks break.

Maria’s apartment was fabulous, right across from the beach. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops only a short walk away. Such a beautiful view to enjoy each day. The apartment had everything we needed. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but Maria couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful, all of which was resolved within hours of reporting the problem. Highly recommend.

David's place is exactly as described. Comfortable, uncluttered and with the much commented-on wonderful terrace. The location is perfect being literally 5 mins from the beach and the main promenade and 10 mins from the Placa Major. There is a Spar 5 mins away for fresh bread and basic provisions and great local restaurants in abundance. The pool is brilliant for small children or anyone with mobility issues. Above all, David was always quick to respond to any questions and made helpful and very constructive recommendations. All is all, as close to faultless as you can find. Thank you David

Could not imagine a better stay in Mallorca. The place was very cute and comfortable and the terrace(s) were dynamite. The best part is the location. It’s truly perfect. You have the beach 20 meters from the place, but it’s so peaceful and quiet towards that end of the beach. If you want more energy - just walk 10-15 min down the beach. Just book it!

This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

Ha sido una experiencia increíble! Nos sentimos como en casa. La limpieza, decoración y amenities han sido una maravilla nos hicieron sentir desde el minuto uno. Lamentamos no poder quedarnos más tiempo, pero sin duda volveremos. Mallorca en nuestra ciudad favorita y hoy Carlotta House pasó a ser nuestra alojamiento preferido. Además del alojamiento, la atención y el cariño entregados, fenomenal. Y Carlotta House, realmente maravillosa Mucho más que una recomendación

Wir haben eine Woche in der Unterkunft verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden! Schöne Wohnung und die Lage und der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer traumhaft! Kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

The location was great and within walking distance of local shops, cafes and the town centre. The accommodation itself was spacious, light and airy, comfortable, well equipped, and with great views towards the mountains. The town of Sóller is lovely and well located to other parts of the island via public transport, and the tram to the Port of Soller is a great experience, so too the train journey through the mountains to Palma.

The home is spacious and very well appointed and supplied. The view from the terrace is unmatched. An extra bonus is the garden above the main level in the back of the property. The private parking space was an extra benefit, even though getting in and out of it could be a little tricky
