We are at short driving distance from Zadar and Nin and some of a most famous tourist atractions and natural, intact beaches.

The beach is 10 min away by foot, the main bus station is 5 min away by foot and the historic old town centre (peninsula) is also 10 min away by foot. It has 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, a small balcony and a living/dining area with a sofa (width: 150 cm when spread out). The parking lot in front of the building is free. The nearest supermarket is 2 min away.
