Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the Seine, awarded 4 flowers. Amenities: butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle charging station, bread delivery 2 km (Gyé/Seine). Multisport field and children's games 300 m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linen included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

Between Troyes and Chatillon sur Seine, a few kilometers from Bar sur Seine, you will have the choice between visits, walks and activities. The garden is enclosed. Full accommodation in a village of the Côte des Bar in Champagne. New construction in an old barn, all modern comforts with the charm of the old. Enter the barn, a door and then a staircase allow you to arrive at the accommodation, located on the first floor. You will first discover the living room: kitchen/dining room. A hallway leads to the 4 bedrooms. Each includes its own private bathroom, shower + toilet. Underfloor heating for added comfort.

Detached house with 1200 m2 fenced plot. Quiet neighborhood. Complete renovation in May 2025. Key handover in person or key box. Parking in front or in the courtyard. 2 bedrooms with 160 cm bed, sofa bed in the living room. Garden furniture and children's playhouse to enjoy the outdoors. Depending on the date of your booking, you may be able to eat some fruit and vegetables from the vegetable garden. Entrance through a veranda (7 steps).

Caravan in paradise (small)

The sound of water. Birds singing. Forest immersion in a corner of paradise by a river with all modern comforts (bathroom, toilet). To complete this idyllic setting, you will find outdoor games (petanque, badminton), hammock, kayak and barbecue on site. WA trailer offers, in addition, tea, coffee, chips (offered) and local champagne for an extra charge. Possibility to rent a second trailer with kitchen (4 people + 2 children).
