Great stay! Wonderful place, the view is just amazing. Pool and house was super clean, did not miss any equipment. Picking fresh oranges and lemons was super bonus. And the best part for us was chickens! Super nice attraction looking for fresh eggs in the mornings for the kid. Thank you for the stay, Vaso!!!🫶

We spent a lovely 3 days - the villa was very clean and had all the accommodations we needed. We all loved the pool and the closeness to coral bay. The hosts were extremely responsive, my children left a gaming device in the villa and they went out of their way to make sure it was returned to us which is much appreciated !

We had a great experience. The villa is very spacious and comfortable, and the scenery is beautiful. George is a very helpful and friendly host! Looking forward to returning one day.

lovely home in a idyllic location. Comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and plenty of space indoors but the star of the show is the outside area. We spent a lot of our holiday relaxing in the pool or on the deck surrounded by the beautiful views and sounds. Would definitely recommend if you want to get away from it all.

Just returned from a 1 week stay. Check in instructions sent a few days before and Anna was kind enough to arrange a taxi transfer for us. The villa is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The pool is much bigger than it looks in photographs. The villa itself was in a perfect location with a number of restaurants, supermarkets and the kings avenue mall all within walking distance. Tea for two which is a two minute walk a way was one of our favourites. There was further construction work nearby although we couldn’t hear any noise and didn’t affect our stay. Anna was contactable during our stay and responded straight away. We already looking at future dates to return.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and spacious villa—everything was thoughtfully stocked, and the stunning sea views made it truly unforgettable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

Joseph has always informed us well and was also very quick to respond to any issues (we accidentally locked ourselves out). Within 10 minutes someone came by to open the door for us. The location is really beautiful with a short path directly to the beach , which you then also have practically to yourself. Overall, we liked the stay very much and would book the place again! Only the photos of the listing may cause confusion as the booked house looks a little different and it's also not the foremost house with direct sea views as it appears on the listing. We had the sea view, just not as much as in the pictures.

We were very happy to be guests at Emmanouel's and felt very comfortable. A very nicely furnished apartment with style and good amenities. Very comfortable, everything we needed was there. The location is a bit off the beaten track in a quiet location with wonderful views! Having a private pool is fun! Absolutely recommended

Really great location for absolute peace and quiet. A real treat to be able to swim in the sea every day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was an easy get in using a lockbox directly outside the house and everything was in good shape for our arrival. We didn’t meet our hosts but there was no need. If there were any questions, we used the Air B&B messaging service and received a prompt reply. The house is a five-minute walk to the closest, and we felt nicest, beach in Latchi. We particularly enjoyed the back area of the house which was a perfect for having breakfast, listening to bird song and visits from the local cats. We would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to stay in a less touristy area in Cyprus.

Lovely place, amazing sunset views from the balcony, place to do yoga, beautiful trees around. You will find you inner peace there. Highly recommended. Also it has all things to live.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Kallia is an amazing host! She shared plenty of information beforehand so we had very few questions once we arrived. Her home is incredible and we particularly loved the views and how private and quiet the area was. My wife and I are already looking at another trip here!

Wow- words can’t describe how much we enjoyed the stay at Nikos’ place. The room was great, but most importantly, Nikos was an amazing host. Took great care of us and provided the best customer service! It really enhanced our stay. The room is walkable to everything in Paphos and it is a great place to stay if you want to explore. Thank you for such a great time!

The house was just like the photos but there was more… a private path lined by fruiting citrus trees taking you down to the sea. The views are fabulous and the gardener works hard to keep it all absolutely perfect. And for those having to do a little work, fibre optic internet included.

We have just spent a wonderfully peaceful week at the lemon grove villa. The villa was in the perfect situation to walk to the sea front, shops and restaurants. The pool was excellent and tended to every day. Maria really looked after us, bring us local pastries and asking if we needed a mid week clean which although we declined, was appreciated. We arrived late and the fridge was stocked with essentials which was a very welcome touch. The villa was perfect for our situation of 2 couples, one couple taking the upstairs room and the other the downstairs room. Kitchen well stocked, nice outside eating area and bbq which we enjoyed. Instructions were given in advance and were very helpful making the whole holiday one of total relaxation. We are already thinking of booking the next holiday!

The most stunning villa, we enjoyed everything here, the views the peace the sunsets. Our host was Caring and kind. We will defiantly be back. Truely magical

We had a one time experience staying at maria’s place and getting to enjoy the nature and culture in the area. With the sea just being a few minutes away we also had a great way to refresh our selves even with the hot weather. Maria was super supportive during the booking process and also during our stay. She even surprised us with some fresh and tasty food on our arrival. Overall it was a great experience and I can only recommend to stay at his place if you ever think about visiting Latchi or Cyprus in general! If you do so have a great stay!

Very pleased, villa inreal life is as good as the pictures. On a quiet complex with about 15 other villas high up in the hills near Polis. Only 6 of the villas were occupied when we stayed, so even more quiet, you will need a car as it's a bit out of the way for taxis. Takes about 15 minutes to drive down to Polis / Latchi from the villa with stunning vistas across to hills. Plenty of shops / restaurants and beaches to choose from in Polis / Latchi. A bit further afield is Pahpos with even more options. A couple of things I would highlight, need some lamps in the living area, and a dust pan and brush would be helpful. The bed was a bit soft for my liking, but everyone is different. Other than that, it was a perfect relaxing break and wouldn't hesitate booking again. Thank you for accommodating us! We enjoyed our stay! Area is so beautiful and quiet🙏🏻 children had nice garden for games . Thank you one more time for very quick solving of problem with refrigerator. Only one suggestion is to check the dishwasher because even it washed but it seems like a need some check of heating of water inside.

The place is amazing. The house is very nice and clean. The pool and bbq area it's the nicest part of the house.
