L'appartement est situé dans un hôtel particulier du XVème siècle, rénové en 2019. Le charme des pierres, du bois et de l'ancien a été conservé tout en s'alliant à la modernité. Il donne dans la cour intérieure, avec son mur végétal qui vous fera oublier que nous sommes en plein centre de Poligny, capitale du comté. Poligny est proche d'Arbois, Dole, Lons le Saunier. Vous pourrez aussi profiter d'une pause détente dans notre SPA à privatiser (bassin de nage, bain nordique, sauna infra-rouge).

Studio in the countryside on a 1600 m² fenced property (walls), digicode access, private parking, green and flowery spaces. From the studio, direct access from the ground floor to a private patio of 9 m² to have meals, or simply relax, read and unwind. Pretty little cabin in St-Cergue, perfect for a gateway near nature. Along with the cabin comes a private sauna, bathroom and a patio (as there is no kitchen, we encourage guest to eat at restaurants down town) Note: - the wifi is limited. Our little paradise is located near Louhans. The apartment consists of a daylight bathroom and a room with a large double bed (180 cm) and a sitting area. Enjoy the beautiful pool, the quiet garden with terraces and seating areas or go hiking / cycling. Take advantage of gastronomy/cultural offers on excursions to Burgundy/Jura or on a market stroll in Louhans. A rich breakfast is included in the price. Welcome to the "Sandie aux deux fays" cottage, a small house adjoining our Bressane farm: comfortable and spacious, located in a large quiet garden, with a swimming pool shared with the family. Nearby, visit Dole, Poligny, Arbois, Château Chalon. Enjoy the natural sites of the Jura, its marked trails, its lakes (swimming, water sports) its rivers (canoeing, fishing). 3 NIGHTS MINIMUM ACCEPTED. The cottage is closed between September 15th and May 15th.

Its location below my house allows it to always stay cool even during high heat. For the winter, connected thermostatic valves have been installed to adapt the heating to your needs.
