Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Poličnik

A group of 5 friends and I found Margita's home for our end-of-exams holiday and it was everything we could have hoped for and more! Leading up to and during our stay Margita was proactive, providing recommendations, excursions, and an eagerness to assist with any issues we might have. The villa was stunning, cosy and with a lovely interior and the three double-bedrooms we stayed in were comfortable and very pretty. The pool and grounds were also GREAT, large, spacious, and very peaceful. The pictures do not do Margita's house justice as we thought it looked better in real life! As for Sukosan, it was a beautiful and quaint little town a short walk from the villa, with lovely restaurants and a very wholesome atmosphere. Zadar is also only a ~12 euro uber away, which split between 6 friends was great value! Croatia is a beautiful country worth visiting, and I can firmly say Margita's villa will provide you with a brilliant home and area to stay in. Thank you Margita ❤️

Exceeded expectations and truly was the perfect escape in paradise. Ample activities on property to keep the family occupied and happy. Will absolutely be returning year after year!

Landlord very nice and helpful. The location is very rural and you are dependent on a car. Everything is accessible within a maximum of 30 minutes. Zadar, Novigrad and Biograd. Less than 10 minutes to Benkovac for shopping. It was a wonderful holiday and we can only recommend this beautiful house. Just like in the pictures 👌

We had a wonderful stay at Martin's place. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival - a lovingly prepared sausage and cheese platter, bread and pastries, and a stocked refrigerator with drinks immediately made us feel welcome. The accommodation was clean, very well maintained and well equipped. The pool in particular was a highlight - perfect for relaxing. Martin and his family were incredibly friendly, helpful and always pleasantly reserved. You can tell right away that they really care about the well-being of their guests. Thank you for the great time!

The accommodation corresponds exactly to the description and the photos. We were 6th there and we lacked nothing. Downstairs there was a "sofa bed", which was also super comfortable. Everything was clean and as a little attention to welcome there was also a bottle of red wine, a bottle of white wine and an orange juice. The hosts were mega friendly. When we asked what to do in the area and also a little further away, we were informed of EVERYTHING within a very short time - of any activities, good restaurants, places to look at, etc . Further inquiries were answered within a very short time. The check-in and check-out could be individually coordinated. We can highly recommend the place and would definitely book again!

Nice, really nice and new vila with everything what you need for relax, including the beatifull swiming pool. Nice and clean rooms with air conditioning.

Beautiful country house in the Mediterranean style and large plot, directly by the nature park. Perfect as a starting point for hikes, bike tours or to swim in the sea. Simply great!

Snjeza is a super nice host. He responds quickly to questions and very nice that he makes his own olive oil and vegetables available from his own garden. Lovely house. Due to the nice weather, the swimming pool and jacuzzi were used a lot. The sports field was also super nice! From the house you can easily reach many activities. Nice change between staying "home" and going out!

Lovely apartment, perfect location in the cute town, steps away from the action but you have your own green oasis to relax in. Hosts are as beautiful as everyone says.

We had a fantastic few days at Sanja’s place. It was really well equipped with everything that you need including robes. It was very well designed, all the facilities were to a high specification and we wanted for nothing. We used the hottub and sauna facilities every day and the location was great for the national parks. We walked down to the sea front, there are one or two bars which was fine for us as we were quite happy cooking on the bbq and enjoying the terrace and views from the apartment. Would 100% recommend and visit again.

Absolutely amazing, great host always welcome to help and super sweet was very welcoming and showed us some places on the map that are worth visiting , the place is amazing in a amazing location with bars, restaurants, beach and shops near by the view is absolutely stunning very clean apartment with a beautiful balcony and a bbq honestly no complaints at all will definitely visit again for a longer stay !!!! Perfect calm accomodation with a little walk to Zadar old town. We were surprised to find a little snack and drink when we arrived that made us have the perfect last night of our roadtrip. Thanks to Josipa and Gino and their warm welcome and goodbyes when we left!

The apartment is great. Very well equiped and super confortable. Damir and his wife are super friendly. 100% recomendable.

Martina's apartment was a great choice for our stay in Zadar. It's 2 min away from the sea and small beach and about 15 min easy drive to Zadar's old town. There are some restaurants walking distance and also small supermarket. Apartment is located on the groudnfloor of the big house. Martina and her family live upstairs and there are also some other apartments to rent on the top floor. But in this apartment you have a lot of privacy, as it is located in the back of the house. You also have your own tarrace there and small garden. The place is spacius and nicely decorated. Martina's family is super nice and very helpful. We will be back!

great place with a beautiful sea view, magical sunset with the terrace in front a little annoyed with the insulation because at night it was cold but otherwise very clean and well equipped insect problem in the bathroom at the toilet but it's part of the charm of nature small noise from the highway but does not bother at all, downstairs the restaurant with a view of the sea too beautiful thanks for staying

Everything we wanted and imagined we got by staying in this beautiful cottage in seclusion. The only sounds are the birds singing and the wind in the treetops. Kind Nataša welcomed us and instructed us in all the amenities that the cottage offers and if someone doubts whether it could be in a place without electricity and water, we would just add that three nights were not enough for us to burn all that the "cottage does not have" (as described on the host's page), and why we actually chose it. Beautiful place for complete zen... thanks to the hosts. If there is an opportunity, we will come again without any doubt... D&D

Amazing stay. Clean, Beautiful. Peaceful. Was greeted by the father with homemade snaps. The mother came with strawberry. So top hospitality. Beautiful made house. Nothing missing inside. So peaceful view directly into the mountains. Spa was working. Nice annex with fireplace for evening cooking. I honestly have nothing negative to say about this place. Maybe Tomislav (owner) you could get a few more candles (for additional romance) 😀

The hosts were very friendly and always responsive. In the house there was very good air conditioning available and the view from the balcony as well as the common area is incredibly beautiful. With some hiking you will find very great swimming spots for swimming and snorkeling but bathing shoes are recommended. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
