Udara is an exceptionally friendly, hospitable and thoughtful host. The main benefit of her well appointed home with all amenities, is the sheer size and space. There's three floors with a bedroom and a bathroom on each floor, a giant Samsung smart TV in the upstairs lounge which was very relaxing to watch when we needed to unwind. Ideally suited for a family on holiday, this three storey house is conveniently located in a safe suburban neighbourhood in Thalawathugoda, walking distance to supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. Udara's dad lives nearby and greeted us upon arrival and he is available for any assistance if needed. I highly recommend Udara's house as a peaceful retreat for those in need of a restful family vacation, whilst staying conveniently in Colombo. Thank you Udara for your kind hospitality, we truly appreciate it!

Kumar’s place was fabulous. Jaya (house keeper) was such an amazing help, simply made our stay luxurious. Tuan (manager) was very responsive and helped with arranging everything.

Host communicated well! Instructions were helpful and check-in was easy. Clean and well maintained house. Highly recommended.

Nice place with 24 hours security personnel available. The area is very private and only has about 13 ish houses. The owner Isuru communicates well and attends to matters immediately. We were just only 2 people but the house is ideal for more people with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms where the upstairs master bedroom comes with AC unit which was our main reason to book. Easy access to Kottawa and Piliyandala area. We loved the temple being right across the road. Isuru managed to turn up when we were leaving the house as well.

I had a comfortable stay at Samantha's place, home was very clean and the air conditioning was strong making sure I had a good rest. There is also a nice rooftop view and the place was secure and private. It was a great stay before catching a flight. Samantha had good and fast communication, he was very nice and helpful.

Devinda's villa is very well kept, cosy and we felt right at home. It’s located in a peaceful suburban neighbourhood and is very close to supermarkets, shops and the Thalawathugoda town. We found Devinda's place to be very relaxing and peaceful. I fully recommend this place, it's ideal for a small family or group and Devinda is a very responsive and friendly host.

The place is very nice and new. We had everything we needed and the hosts were very kind and helpful. I would recommend it to all!

Great Stay for a Quiet Getaway! I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The place was nice, clean, and well-maintained, offering a quiet and calm atmosphere—perfect for relaxation. While the location is a bit far from the beach and more on the inland side, it’s ideal for backpackers or those looking for a peaceful retreat. A nice bonus was the included breakfast, which was much appreciated. The host was friendly, supportive, and made sure everything was comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d recommend it to travelers who don’t mind being a little further from the shore.

Our family had a wonderful time at Villa Esta. It was very spacious & the staff were wonderful, & very helpful. The chef was also very good & made some delicious Sri Lankan meals as well as some light meals when requested. We had a lovely dinner on the beach on our last night. The beach was very clean & my children enjoyed surfing lessons right in front of our villa. We enjoyed visiting some local tourist spots too. The whole experience was above expectations.

This was our first stay out of a few others in Sri Lanka. We had an amazing time. We, as a family of 5 stayed 2 nights at Lalin's place and it was a great start to our trip. Luxurio villa with greenery all around, not too far from city centre. Well spacious rooms and all available amenities at the kitchen made it a perfect stay. Cherry on the cake was the swimming pool which calls you to take a dip after a busy touristy dayout :-) Lalin and the caretaker was proactive, helped us with a flexible early check-in and also took care of our queries in advance. My family had 5 nights in this delightful house which was a perfect antidote to 10 days of rushing around the island of Sri Lanka. It was so relaxing and greatly benefited from having private staff who dealt with everything we could possible have wanted. There is a private chef who went out of his way to prepare whatever we asked for, 3 meals a day if needed. He only charged us for the ingredients required to prepare those meals which included a range of seafoods (e.g. huge prawns and seer fish), fresh fruit and very tasty Sri Lankan main dishes and deserts - nothing was too much trouble and he should be justly proud of his cooking skills, some of the best meals we tasted on our trip. They happily took us out on the tuk-tuk to local shops and will arrange local tours but we were "toured out" by the time we got there. The pool is fantastic (and huge!) and the grounds are constantly maintained by "Uncle". I cannot say anything but positive things, but do bring the bug sprays!

We had the best stay! We literally have no complaints whatsoever. This was a weekend full of relaxation, nature and sunshine. Vinodh was very accommodating, quick to respond and gave us amazing local recommendations. We loved the free tuk tuk service to and from nearby restaurants. Whenever we had any questions, Vinodh was always super quick to respond and was always helpful. The airbnb has everything you might need from shampoo, insect repellant and lots of yummy snacks and drinks (and water) you can help yourself to. The breakfast each morning was amazing and Vinodh was so flexible with times and dietary requirements. We wished we could have stayed longer as it really is paradise. Highly recommend!!

Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! It was very neat, clean, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities we needed. Our kids enjoyed the pool, and it was a lovely touch that the host booked a complimentary game room session for them. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. The location was perfect, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended for a family stay!

Lashika was super responsive throughout our trip. The place was accessible and near many restaurants. It was spacious with all creature comforts for a home cook if need be. Although we ended up ordering from ubereats for our meal, the kitchen was fully equipped. The villa gave us privacy and enough common area to unwind. There were some roaches in the room and that would be common for any tropical country

Totally recommend this Villa. The host, Jagath, is so accommodating and kind. Really nice rooms and plenty of space. Pool is great too!

While the accommodation itself was perfect, the real selling point for this stay is the hosts. They are the most lovely hosts I’ve ever had, attending to all of our needs and very communicative. Please do yourself a favour and stay here! 10/10

A gem in Panadura. This apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of Colombo’s vibrant city life!! If you're looking for an authentic experience, this is the perfect place. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

One of the best places . I was looking for a place to stay comfortably with my family (7) and this place ticked all the boxes. It is in a very convenient place. Specially if when you are living abroad and coming down stay with your family. This place is ideal . You can have your privacy and live with your extended family at the same time 😊. Very spacious, clean and situated in very quiet area . Also you are 10 minutes away for anything and everything. To eat out or to order anything online. You can do it easily. Now about the Host , Shanika is very responsive,attentive and also accommodating. I had to change my booking due wrong schedule , she accepted the change immediately. Also Chaminda and Kapila, they are very responsive and they will make sure that you are properly checked in. They will always go above and beyond. I would highly recommend it for anyone who is looking for a convenient and a clean place stay in Colombo for a few nights or even longer.

Very nice location, quiet and large garden in the middle of the city! Large appartement. I liked to walk around to Mount Lavinia inside the small streets without using the main roads.. Shiromi is a very kind person and helpful.
