House holiday rentals in Polača

First of all Neven was the best host i have ever encountered. In all those years i have been using airbnb i have never met a more welcoming, more helpful and well organized host than neven. The House was perfectly clean, didn’t lack of anything you would need in a house. He offered me his netflix account, he gave me insider tips where to go and where to eat. He made sure i was having my privacy respected at all times. All in all it was worth every euro that i paid for this airbnb. If i could i would have given him 10 instead of 5 stars!

Drazen is super friendly and welcoming. He even shared freshly baked apple tarts with us, which were delicious. The home is close to the beautiful krka national park as well.

Very nicely furnished, super hospitable and helpful, there is nothing in the vicinity, much can be reached in 10-15 minutes, house is very small (looks much larger in the pictures) and the sleeping options are not very pleasant, information about the location was not correct

Our stay was perfect for what we needed. Daniella was very flexible and we were able to switch off for the days we were there. All the amenities were cleaned daily and the local town was a short walk from the villa. I must also mention how beautiful the sunsets were!!

Very central location, only 10 minutes from Zadar and the airport, everything super clean and tidy, great pool, uncomplicated check in and out, several shops nearby, quiet area. We had a lovely holiday

we loved the villa. it was just as described. the bedrooms were amazing with luxurious comfortable beds and the bed linen smelt gorgeous. Everything was spotlessly clean and even better than the photos. luka was very responsive when we couldn't open the oven 🙈 and we soon had it sorted. We even had a fabulous home cooked meal from his father. He didn't speak English and we didn't speak Croatian but google translate helped us out. we cannot recommend this villa highly enough

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Very beautiful house!! Sanja is a lovely host, always made sure that we felt good and had everything, she recommended trips/sights and even made us cake! Thank you Sanja, we had the most relaxed and beautiful time!

Perfect in every way. A beautiful, tastefully decorated, luxurious villa with a breathtaking seascape view. Comfortable and well stocked, Tatjana, who is such a thoughtful and helpful host, has thought of everything. Sparkling clean throughout, this is by far the best Airbnb we have visited.

We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful house. It was very clean, the beds comfortable, pool and sauna fantastic. The communication with Andrej was great. The only clear downside: we were not provided with a baby chair, even after repeated insistent requests. Andrej said that he couldn't decide that himself. I really couldn't understand why a chair couldn't be bought. For us, this was a major limitation/challenge, which is why I am making this public here, so that other parents with small children are prepared.

Ada’s place is excellent. The apartment is comfortable, stylish and furnished with everything you need. The balcony has a five star view and you can enjoy the private beach whenever you want to. We spent a week in Tkon in good/ bad wheather but we found joy and pleasant outgoing time for every day. The island has plenty of beautiful beaches but offers even more: rental place for bikes and SUPs are just around the corner, we borrowed from both and spent wonderful time with them on cloudy days. Cultural sightseeing points (Kalvaria and Monastery) are also in walking distance which can be easily reached on the hiking roads, even with a young child. Ada is most helpful and gives full assistance to her guests, in emergency situation as well (tested…) 5 star recommendation without any doubts!

Small accommodation located by the path to enter in 10 and 35min walk from the 2 entrances to Paklenica Park and also located on mountain bike trails. This little stone house is of crazy charm and carefully renovated all with a nice touch of decoration especially on the magnificent terrace. 2 small bedrooms ideal for a family with 2 children. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, it lacks nothing. Probably very pleasant in summer by the freshness of the stones in hot weather. Shower with pressure and parking space under the trees. Noted that the house is in a small town under renovation of a small dozen stone houses of which already 5/6 are renovated. The city is located 400m away, enough to swim 15min walk and a sufficient supermarket for the holidays 5 minutes by car all 15 minutes from the highway. A perfect place to stay for hikers of a few days or several weeks.

Without a doubt, one of our best experiences staying at an Airbnb. The apartment is incredibly beautiful — it has everything you could need and more! The kitchen is super well-equipped, the sofa and the bed are both extremely comfortable, and the location is perfect, just 1–2 minutes from the nearest beach. Everything was amazing, but Marina’s warmth made it even better! She was always kind and helpful whenever we had questions about Preko or the apartment. We 100% recommend this place if you want your stay in Preko to be truly unforgettable!

Our stay at the villa in Croatia was simply perfect🌟. Everything worked smoothly upon arrival. Communication with the host was super friendly and fast. The villa itself was an absolute dream🏡. The pool 🏊‍♂️ and sauna in particular provided 🧖‍♀️ real moments of well-being and, together with the relaxed, luxurious atmosphere, the whole stay was simply breathtaking😍. Everything was clean, modern and just as beautiful as in the pictures – if not even better📸👌. Spending time with my friends there was pure relaxation and we would come back anytime🔁💯. An absolute recommendation for anyone looking for a special place to unwind 🌅

The villa was incredibly well equipped, we were very excited! Above all, the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The facility was generally very cozy and modern. I was very impressed with the comfortable bed and the upholstery. There is enough space for 8 people. (Sofa beds were very comfortable) The outdoor area was great. It is quite remote and you have to reach everything by car, a small supermarket is within walking distance. - but good for a quiet holiday. The landlady was super friendly and helpful and always available. All in all a great holiday and it is highly recommended!!

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures. It is divided into two apartments and since we were two families (7 people, 4 adults and 3 children/teenagers) it suited us perfectly. It is very private and undisturbed and we were able to swim in the pool well into the evening. It is a little out of the way, but since we had a rental car the whole week we were there, it was no problem to go to the beach or to shop. We visited Biograd na Moru to swim in the sea, shop and go to a restaurant. We were in Zadar and we also visited the waterfalls in Krka National Park. We are very satisfied with our stay. The host Dominik and his family were very nice and easy to communicate with regarding check-in, check-out or if we had any other questions.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped. Communication and check-in were seamless, and your hospitality made the whole experience even better. We’re grateful for the warm welcome and would happily stay again the next time we’re in Zadar.

We had a wonderful time at this vacation rental and highly recommend it. The pool was a highlight – clean, well maintained and just wonderful to cool off hot days. Overall, the place was very comfortable, clean and well equipped, so we didn't miss anything. The location is quiet and relaxing, ideal for a relaxing break. We were completely satisfied and look forward to our next stay!

If we could live here forever - we would!! What a stunning villa with every bit of fun you could possibly need! Waking up and going out onto the balcony to enjoy a coffee in the morning was heaven! Petra was an amazing host who greeted us and showed us around on arrival, we felt right at home! There was so much to do! Pool table, table tennis, badminton, fusball, swing set, pool, archery, ps5, Netflix! Only 10 minutes drive to Biograd to restaurants and stunning seaside views. Dalmaland was a hit with my son and daughter too which is only 10 minutes away. I recommend a car as it’s a rural location and so peaceful and quiet but everything is within a few minutes drive. Zadar was stunning! The sea organ was the coolest thing ever! Would stay again in a heartbeat!
