Welcome to our beautiful beachside studio, the Ledges. It’s located on over an acre of property in the rustic west of Bermuda. Take strolls on our country road to the local farm. The bus stop is steps away to take public transportation to Dockyard or to Hamilton. Or spend your days on the property at one of 2 private beaches. The Ledges studio is an architectural gem with exposed beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings, and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The studio has its own private, large upper deck for entertaining or relaxing where the sunsets are just stupendous!!! Airport pick-ups and island tours can be arranged through your host.

This Cozy studio is located directly across from one of Bermudas most family friendly beaches. There is a large field with a walking track and an outdoor basketball court across the street, and bus stops are easily accessible. Eve's pond nature reserve is a two-minute walk away and you can get there along scenic walking trails. A mile away is Flatts Village which is home to restaurants, and the Bermuda Aquarium and Zoo. A mile in the opposite direction are restaurants and a large supermarket.

Head east from the bottom of the hill for a 10 minute walk to a grocery store and a 12 minute walk to cycle/car rental (charge port on site). Also at the bottom of the hill is the # 8 bus route. Access to the pink ferry route in a 15 min walk and on your way pick up a coffee and pastry from local coffee shop “Lattes”. For walkers, the Bermuda Railway Trail can be accessed in a 10 min walk.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. Near Bus stops, 5 minutes from Hamilton, variety stores near by, Spanish point beach within walking distance. Breathtaking ocean views. Sit outside in the front yard with a front row view to the crystal clear waters, amazing!You will see cruise ships pass as they approach the island, summer time the water activity is even more exciting with boats and jet skis whizzing by. The sunsets are my favorite!

We are a very short walk to all the shops, restaurants and bars along Front Street in Hamilton. This unit is a self-contained apartment within our house. The unit is within my house, is self-contained, and consists of a bedroom and en-suite bathroom. It has its own entrance via french doors onto the patio and garden. It has a fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. It is air-conditioned, has WIFI and cable TV. Hamilton is only a five minute walk with shops and restaurants, bus station and ferry terminal. The central location makes it a convenient place from which to explore Bermuda.
