Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Point Loma, San Diego

This place is amazing!! The best views, the best walking, and the spaces in the house are perfect for a group. We made dinner in and watched the sunset every night. We also brought our 6 month old son and it was a great location to be “nap trapped.”

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location was great. It was very close to the beach and it was very peaceful throughout the day and night. We would definitely like to come back someday.

My family and I really enjoyed our time in San Diego at Steven’s house. The house is in central location not far from the airport, Sea World, and San Diego Zoo. It was clean and spacious enough for our family of four. Steven was also very responsive if we were in need of anything.

Had a great stay at Andrew's place. Very cozy and clean. There are lots of planes flying overhead but we got used to it very quickly and it didn't affect our sleep. Short drive to the coast and lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby.

Excellent location which met our needs. Cute and cozy with a large great room. Dennis was very communicative by responding quickly to any questions that we had during our stay. We enjoyed our stay as we came into town for a family wedding.

We had a wonderful stay here. Its a perfect size for our family with two toddlers. The home is super cute, well designed, clean and had everything we needed. Its also a great location, close to the beach and about 15-20 minute drive to get where we needed to.

Gorgeous Airbnb on an almost private beach. Location is great for those who know the area. Only one bedroom and patio space is shared with other unit. But the view and serene environment made up for it :)

We loved our stay at Marjorie and Dan’s! It was absolutely perfect for our family and our toddler! Great neighborhood, plenty of parking, and fully stocked kitchen. Marjorie and Dan were always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed!

Comfortable and no major problems.

We stayed here for one night and overall had a good experience. The location is great—close to the beach and perfect for walking around and exploring the area. The hotel itself was clean, well-kept, and had a welcoming vibe. The only downside was the parking situation. While they did warn us in advance that parking could be limited, all the reserved spots were fully booked during our stay, which made things a bit inconvenient. That said, everything else about the stay was smooth, and I’d consider coming back—especially if parking is secured in advance ( again not the biggest dealbreaker)

Perfect location to stay at with many walkable restaurants, bars, pharmacies and a couple rooftop bars. Host was responsive and gave us plenty of recommendations when asked and always made sure we were doing fine every time we passed the front desk. Would definitely love to stay here again when i get the chance to come back, thank you guys

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

I have stayed at Lucinda’s a few times now- and I almost hate to recommend it so highly because I’m always sad when it’s not available! The neighborhood is beautiful. The house has so much character and I could simply stay inside and enjoy the surroundings all day. It’s relaxing and peaceful and quiet- and I feel absolutely safe and comfortable staying there. There are always little extras, too, like some drinks in the fridge and some treats on the table-and an extra toothbrush and toothpaste, too, which I ended up needing this time! Can’t recommend highly enough.

Adam was an absolute lifesaver. After being left stranded by another host, I sent a last-minute request and he responded right away with kindness and professionalism. The home was immaculate, with so many thoughtful and charming touches that made me feel right at home. The space was quiet, the water pressure and temperature were perfect, and everything was just as described. There was a minor issue with a guest accidentally taking my parking spot, but Adam resolved it immediately—he was truly on top of everything. This stay turned what could’ve been a stressful night into a peaceful and welcoming experience. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking with Adam !

Tiny but very comfortable beach spot! Feels very private and safe and I loved the little carriage house doors that open to the parking spot. No kitchen and limited storage so this is better for a short stay which was perfect for us. 15-20min walk to downtown OB, we did not need to drive at all! Thank you :)

My daughter and I spent time here in a girls trip. The condo was gorgeous inside and the view was incredible. It was so peaceful to listen to the waves crash as I fell asleep. We hope to be back!

Great location , if you are looking for a peaceful and quite with beach access, close to restaurants, not too far from downtown or airport, this is a great spot . Again just a reminder it is not the upscale area , more of a local experience. Felt safe and walkable to beach .

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at this apartment, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. We love being so close to the beach and within easy walking distance of Ocean Beach. For week-long visits, having a well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook a few meals at home. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and having access to a washer and dryer is a huge plus. We will stay here again on our next trip to San Diego.

This unit is quite lovely and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a downstairs unit with a parking space. Super cute. Backyard patio is so peaceful and best enjoyed with a croissant, cup of coffee, and a book. BTW, great coffee in walking distance. Location, location, location. Great neighborhood in University Heights. Park and stores nearby. Not the big box ones, but the local owned restaurants and shops. We needed milk for coffee at 8 p.m. So we just walked down to the "liquor store" at the corner. Convenient, safe, and quick. If you want T**get or the mall (Fashion Valley), they are a 10-15 min drive away. They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, towels, soap, laundry, pots/pans, dishes, kcups/keurig, smart TV, etc. There were visitors upstairs that we could hear periodically, but they went to bed at a reasonable hour, so no problem there. Kevin and Tony were pleasant to work with and responded to a question within 5 min.

Very nice, quiet, clean and walkable to anything you need. Awesome location Close to great beach & a multitude of dining options. Condo has everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation

Wonderful stay!! First- the bedding! The level of comfort was more than I provide myself at home!! I didn’t want to get out of that bed!!!! The hot tub and sitting area was absolutely amazing. You feel transported to another world when you walk outside. Lovely hosts! Very responsive! The home is beautiful and they work very very hard to provide a level of privacy you dont expect to be possible. Truly a perfect spot to enjoy your time in SD. You’re right next to everything, yet you feel as though you’re in a secret oasis! Don’t hesitate and book: you will not regret it!!
