Apartment holiday rentals in Point E, Fann-Point E-Amitié

We stayed in this apartment for about ten days. We leave with complete satisfaction. The listing totally reflects reality. The apartment is large, well-equipped and above all very clean (cleaning done regularly depending on the instances we want). The host was very active when we had things or tips to ask him. the location was great is really close to a lot of amenities. The building is well maintained and continuously monitored. The basic necessities were provided so it's an undeniable plus. Thank you again for your availability, your kindness and especially your professionalism. We recommend eyes closed!!

Hadiatou is truly a super host! we were amazed at how quickly and regularly she responded when we reported a little issue with the water flow in one of the bathroom. She is a very pleasant person to deal with and so are her family members living in the building. Her apartment is very nice and well equipped. The terrace next door is a gem where you can enjoy a cool night sipping your drink and chatting with your friends in accordance to the House rules. the location is also good. it is close to a supermarket and we felt safe. I will definetely co sider coming back to Hadiatou's place if I come back to Dakar.

I enjoyed my 5 days stay in this apartment. The apartment is as pictured: very clean, safe, equipped with all necessary things to cook with, has cable, WiFi, very comfortable and perfectly located near the center of Dakar, with nearby shops, restaurants, grocery stores, transportation near by. It is great for up to 4 people. Aminata was very responsive and would answer any questions quickly. The building is safe with a 24 hour guard stationed on the main floor near the entry way. The only complained is that there was very loud construction work being done nearby from 9pm-12am. However, the apartment and location are so awesome, I will absolutely rent this apartment again if it is available during my next vacation to Dakar.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment, which is just like the photos. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, the caretakers are always present. I would like to thank the Host for her welcome and responsiveness and I would also like to thank the building caretaker (Lamine) in particular. I recommend!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Couro's place. The environment was peaceful and comfortable, with easy access that made everything convenient for us. Great stay. Excellent responsiveness from Firmine and very large presence of Wladщ. I can only encourage everyone to stay there. The area is very quiet 2 minutes walk from the Auchan supermarket and 5 sea plaza. I will return without hesitation.

This is my second visit to Cédric's and honestly, I have nothing to complain about! Always true to himself. The apartment is very well decorated and clean in a quiet neighborhood. The caretaker is always there to help. The cleaning service is top-notch. A very professional team. Overall, I had a very good stay.

Edmond went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good. We had to book his place last minute due to an incident at the first floor place we booked in Dakar. Despite the very short notice, Edmond and his team got the appartement ready and cleaned for us to settle in. Speaking of his team, Booba the handyman/driver and Mary the housemaid were great during our entire stay. The first thing Edmond told us when we met him was that he always put his clients first and he definitely did not lie when he made that statement. Speaking of the apartment, it is very big, new and beautiful. It is also well located to move around town easily. All in all, this apartment is a gem my family and I truly enjoyed our time and highly recommend Edmond as a host.

Very good stay - functional apartment, private pool and easy access to the gym and swimming pool on the roof of the building. Caretaking, private parking. Great place. Good quality internet, TV access. Comfortable bedding. Peaceful place. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Beautiful brand new apartment, on the top floor of a brand new building. (There are all mm qlqs small works on the building side) Beautiful view of the Renaissance Monument and the Phare des Mamelles, ideally located, parking at the foot of the building. Great spaces, large bedrooms, frankly the apartment is even better in real life than in photo. Special mention to Maimouna who manages this property, incredibly nice, kind, available and professional. Thank you for this trip!

Ibrahima hosted us very well, he even picked us up with his personal car. The apartment is spacious, very well equipped (kitchen, several TVs!), very clean, and all rooms are air-conditioned. The location is convenient, very close to freedom bus station 5 and an auchan supermarket. I highly recommend it!
