The listing matched the images. Furniture is a bit outdated, but cozy. We enjoyed the view of the river from the large window. A big plus was the sauna and this gigantic tranquility.

The apartment was a bit cold. Otherwise, perfectly matched the description. A great choice for two people. Ski trails start from the yard and a cozy ski cafe in the same yard.

This place and its surroundings are simply so beautiful! As much coziness, peace and quiet as you can wish for. And still so much to do and see! We recommend a day trip to Tanamunningen / Høyholmen as well as exploration of the nature just around the cottage, snow shoes made that easy. We were a bit unlucky with the weather as can always happen but the house absolutely made up for that: great sauna, fireplace, grilling sausage outside by the fire in the snow and playing board games and simply watching the amazing landscape. We absolutely loved it! The cabin is totally homely and invites you to cozy games afternoons in front of the flickering oven. The kitchen is well equipped, even basic food such as flour, tea, various Spices, pasta, rice, etc. were available. Not unimportant if the nearest supermarket is 70km away. The lake is less than a five minute walk away, a perfect spot to look at the aurora lights. Unobstructed view in all directions, as far as the clouds allow ;-) No noteworthy light pollution in the area, a dream. Tero recommended various activities on request, so we met Janne, the reindeer in Unari. This was truly a special experience to stand among hundreds of reindeer who have been fuming around the food like wild. We felt like we were in an animal documentary;-) So if you like it secluded, this is the place to be:-D

We had a lovely stay with the family. The artic Log is a pleasant and quiet accommodation being quite close to the city.

Our experience in Lapland, Rovaniemi, still felt like stepping into a living fairy tale,so surreal and breathtaking that it was hard to believe such a place could exist outside of dreams.Otherworldly landscape that felt like a scene from an animated movie.Our cabin, nestled deep in the wilderness, was a cozy wooden haven surrounded by towering trees.The silence was almost magical, interrupted only by the distant whisper of the wind and the occasional crackling of the fireplace. It was the kind of peacefulness that made us feel like the only people in the world.Lapland’s beauty didn’t disappoint. So thankful of Jouko’s dad who remains us of our grandpa, very nice, respectful and loving person, he made sure that we’re having a good time at the cabin and nothing is missing to us. Even with language barrier we managed somehow to have little chitchat with him and laughing together, he was so nice. Also thanks to Jouku for answering anytime and trying to help us.

The apartment fits 1-2 people well. It has everthing as described. It is close to the river and easy to walk to the town. Tina is kind and responsive. I felt safe and peaceful staying at her place. Thank you very much.

Everything went really well! The directions to the stay were really clear, as long as you found the right place to turn on the E75 road. The listing was exactly as described and I would stay again.

Everything was really perfect! We loved the fully equipped kitchen, the bed and the washing machine! The couch could be renewed, which is very saggy. We would come back here anytime 😊

The cottage included all the amenities and it was easy to vacation there. The sauna had good steam and a nice dip in between the steam in Teno. Messaging with Nina went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Marika is a responsive host that answers any questions pretty much right away. The property is perfect for a small getaway with your loved ones - warm and cozy. 10 out of 10!

First of all, Arvi was super friendly and communicative with us, he responded super fast and gave us many suggestions of where to go, times and with photos of the places. And apart he left us with his wife a super detail and a postcard of the place❤️ Secondly, the place was spotless, everything matched the photos and honestly doesn't do it justice to what you're going to see and the landscape in front of you. And last but not least, the location of the cabin is ideal to get away from the people, the hustle and bustle and the city. The place is beautiful, super cozy, very intimate and romantic if you go as a couple, super quiet; we loved that in the room zero light comes in, then you sleep super rich. And you can see the auroras from the window or leave and you have them all above you, it was a magical experience and it couldn't be a better place than there. We are delighted and amazed, will be back some day. Highly recommended, 100/10 🤩
