Jukdo Market, Big Donghae Market, Large Clothing Store (Uniqlo, Top Ten), Songdo Beach, Pohang Canal, Yeongildae Beach, Spacewalk, and Express Bus Terminal are located nearby, and the accessibility to the south is Oersa, Guryongpo, Homigot, Bokyeongsa Temple to the north, and Naeyeon Mountain. One thing that is a bit inconvenient is that there is no dedicated parking space, but there are plenty of parking spaces near the accommodation. Three vehicles are allowed.
