"Water temperature" is a room that can be used for up to 2 people (3 people with infants and separate inquiries), and has a private heated pool and barbecue facilities. * The temperature of the heated pool is set to 28 degrees in the summer/above 36 degrees in spring and fall/over 30 degrees in winter. * However, it may be difficult to maintain the temperature in the winter. * It is filtered using a photocatalytic filter, not chemicals, so it maintains a drinkingable level of water at all times.

There is a large grocery store 10 minutes by car, so shopping is easy. There is a Seoak Seo-won, the Mughwangneung, and Seoak Highlands nearby, and it is good for a light walk around a 15-minute walk. It's also a fun event for the Old House in Seoakseowon every Saturday between April and October.
