It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Entire 70 square meter house that has been completely renovated. Large living room (desk, armchairs, vintage vinyl stereo system), TV, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, dishes), 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds with a baby crib), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 private parking space, enough to have a pleasant time. A pellet stove will warm you up. Garden furniture in a country setting is at your disposal.

The Hummingbird Cottage

The Cottage is located on the edge of the canal in Soulanges, in the enclosed garden (1000 m²) and in the quiet of my house (former lock keeper's house). Direct access to the 30m² single-storey cottage (independent entrance). For a business trip, a vacation or a weekend you will stay in a warm atmosphere. Pets are welcome! Please note the possible presence of my dog June (4-year-old border collie) and my cat April, always in my presence.

It is located about fifty kilometers from the famous Côte des Blancs, 17 km from the historic town of Châlons-en-Champagne & less than an hour from Reims. Its location will allow you to enjoy many activities to make the time of a getaway. ⚠️Breakfast is not provided. NB: possibility to do a balneo session at extra cost.

It is a traditional house in a small Marnais village of about 170 inhabitants and almost as many animals, including cows, chickens, dogs and cats…
