Our new cottage is similar to the property that is already on this plot (Apartments with a view of the mountains in Marczyce, max. 8 guests, 100 m2, ground floor, first floor, attic). Ground floor: living room, bathroom with toilet,kitchen. Upstairs: bedroom 1 - two single beds , seating area, 8.5 m2 balcony. Bedroom 2-one double bed, entrance to room from bedroom - study or children's bedroom (2) Attic: 2 single beds, a seating area/card table. The area of the plot of 1.5 hectares.

The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
