The first thing you see in the morning, right from your bed, is the sun rising over the river. Enjoy a morning coffee on its shore, explore the surrounding forests during the day, and warm up by the fire under the stars in the evening. You can expect peace and comfort, combining the magic of nature with modern amenities. The perfect getaway for two – a romantic weekend or a time when you want to switch off from the world around you.

Ráj

A unique experience in a 17th-century house. You can go fishing, use the outdoor barbecue with seating, and there's a snooker table, darts and a Partyboss with a microphone in the house. There's also a gym, a bike room and a ski room with a ping-pong table in the house. It is possible to book 2 e-bikes in advance. The house is by a busy road. There are 2 exits from the house, which are not easy. It is also possible to park in the car park by the church. The whole house is quiet and there is no noise. The garden is a short distance from the river with nice privacy and just nature.

Tutady

Cozy accommodation in a caravan above the valley of the Střely River. Come and stop and clear your head in the beautiful local forests. Like in the old days, without electricity and with hand-heated water, you can try a slow way of "being". Don't worry, everything is arranged so that your comfort is not disturbed. On frosty days there is nothing to worry about, the new tiled stove will heat the caravan beautifully and the water will not flow from the tap, but it will be prepared for you anyway😊 By agreement, it is possible to arrange breakfast in a basket with delivery.

A sky full of stars and the magical surroundings of Rabštejn is an experience you must see. Breakfast with a view of the surroundings (offer for an extra fee) and a bottle of wine from 2 or more nights as a courtesy of our Rabštejn wine cellar, will enhance your experience. In the cold months, electric heating is available in the tent (on request and for an additional fee).

Ideal for families and friends looking for peace, comfort and shared experiences. 4 cozy bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace. Wellness area with sauna and hot tub for perfect relaxation. For relaxation and games, there are terraces with seating by the house. Fenced garden with children's corner, fireplace and playground for ball games for fun and relaxation. Parking is on a closed plot by the house. The whole house is non-smoking.

Treehouse Úlovice

Wellness stay/glamping in the treetops. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped Treehouse Úlovice is located in the picturesque nature park Džbán above a small village. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

The cottage accommodates 10 (up to 14) guests and is located in the peaceful village of Zhořec near Bezdružice, offering a perfect place to relax and spend time with family or friends. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, two bathrooms, two double rooms with extra beds, a family room for four, and a cozy attic sleeping area for another four guests. A spacious garden invites relaxation and outdoor activities, while farm animals add to the authentic countryside atmosphere.

We have transformed this hundred years old, newly renovated house into a comfortable mountain backdrop for ourselves and our guests. The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Experience a night under the Baroque vaults. The five-bed studio offers a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine and a capsule coffee machine. History sensitively complemented by contemporary design! The accommodation is located in the building of the former forest administration of the estate no. 2, which is a registered cultural monument as part of the castle grounds.

A scenic sitting in the trees, 5 meters above the ground, overlooking Klínovec and the Ore Mountains. Inside there is a comfortable bed, a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a stove. Outside patio, swings, natural shower, cooling tub. The house is located in the middle of nature with absolute privacy!
