Holiday houses in Podaca

Stunning location and beautiful Villa. As others have said - even better in real life than the pictures. The host very responsive and helpful. Location was easy to find. There are a lot of steps down to the Villa, but fortunately Ivan was on hand to help with luggage. The Villa, and out door area were beautifully presented. I enjoyed swimming in the Sea and Pool on a daily basis. 3 Spacious bedrooms, all with their own bathroom compliment the rich range of facilities here. We all enjoyed the hot tub and BBQ. Could easily imagine myself returning to this villa in the future. There is a very nice Hotel & Bar a very short walk along coast. The town of Omis is very close by car, with a selection of shops, cafe's and restaurants. Split is a little further afield but easily reachable. Were I to go again would definately take a boat trip or two, and also visit Krka national park.

All goods 😊 very accommodating and friendly landlady. The apartment was practical and yet comfortably furnished. Sauna and pool were clean.

Irena's place is wonderful! Right by the water - great for swimming. It is a short walk to Old Town and in a nice private location. The house has all that you need, is neat and clean and in good order. The price is a little higher than some but it is a beautiful place with outdoor chairs for enjoying the view. We really enjoyed our stay. Irena is quick to answer questions and was very helpful.

We had a great few days at Fani’s place as a family of 4, with 2 children, it had everything we needed. Amazing location over the road from the water with lovely swimming in the bay and short walk from La Banya resort and Mimi’s. Fani and Ivan very kindly arranged taxi’s for us to travel into Korcula old town and also across the island to Pupnatska Luka for a day at the beautiful beach which was perfect for kids. Thank you so much for your kindness, will def recommend 😀

House is placed right next to very quiet and beautiful beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Emi offered us self made bread and honey and was very helpful during whole visit giving us tips about local food, tradition and interesting facts!

We were 4 friends staying at Tinas Apartment. The communication beforehand was very easy and we had contact to Tinas daughter in law, Marica. Marica answered really fast, was friendly and gave helpful tips and advices for the stay on the island. We really enjoyed staying there!

We stayed for four nights, and it was a great experience. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is excellent—within walking distance of the Old Town. The apartment is on the fifth floor, offering a magnificent view of the Adriatic Sea and the island of Lokrum.

We loved our stay at Darko’s place. The location absolutely cannot be beat. The apartment is even better than I expected based on the photos and reviews—we were looking out the windows at people walking by on the walls and had a view of the bell tower through the sky light. The bedding was comfy and the apartment, while not luxurious, is very comfortably equipped for 4 people. We did have some confusion on check in but once we were in the apartment it was perfect. Darko was also extremely responsive and very helpful and friendly. I highly highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing place to stay at Katija is such an excellent host! Accommodating and helped a lot with questions and advice around the area. Offered to help me with some laundry too, superstar.
