Great cozy place with a small backyard facing the main building garden

This cottage is beautiful both outside and inside, with a large spacious green garden where you can spend time with family, friends and pets. We enjoyed a beautiful rainy weekend with a rally in the whole area, which the owner had no chance to influence. The premises are also equipped for large groups (family celebrations). Everything is cozy and really practically equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and garden). Beautiful, diverse nature in the surroundings. Thank you :)

Everything wonderful, a very nice well equipped house with everything you need. Supermarkets and restaurants are minutes away by car. Not far to the spa towns and many other sights. Absolute peace and nature pure. We will be happy to come back.

We had a great time in Martin's place. The village where the place is is tiny and very peaceful. we loved the view from the house on the small pond. the location was great to make day trips to different places and attractions in the region. thanks to the recommendations, we had no trouble finding e.g. shopping or swimming possibilities. thank you for the possibility to discover the region.

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

Ivan is a very kind host who was lightning quick to respond to my messages. The place is very clean and lively and is in a very quiet area. We had a bachelor party there and I'm sure we were a little louder. But that didn't bother anyone. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would definitely recommend the place!

I booked this cabin two days before my trip with my dog after our original Airbnb canceled last minute. Adam and Jitka were very responsive and made sure the cabin was ready in time. The cabin is a bit harder to find, and the road leading there was a little bumpy. However, the surroundings are incredibly peaceful, and the cabin itself is much cozier than it looks in the pictures—the photos don't do it justice. I had to handle the heating myself (gathering wood and keeping the fireplace going) and pump water from a nearby well, which took some time to figure out since it was new to me, but Jitka explained everything clearly. My only real complaint is the bathroom situation, although I was informed about it beforehand. You have to step outside to access the bathroom, which is located below the cabin—this can feel scary at night, especially when you're staying alone. Other than that, I had a wonderful stay.

The place was really great. Comfortable in a quiet place. I was just slightly startled by the cleaning lady who was in my room when I returned from the shop after my arrival, saying that she had just come to wash her hands. It was quite unpleasant, but otherwise my stay was fine. Thanks.
