The apartment is very conveniently located, close to the center. The parking issue didn't even arise. The host was in touch, answered immediately. The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay.

I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail that has gone into this accommation. Every single little thing you would need is provided. I undertook a very diificult trip in Czechia 9 weeks after hip replacement surgery for the wedding of a dear friend. I was exhausted when I arrived in Plzen. Snacks, welcome beer, fruit, tea,coffee and sugar. The simple ability to wash clothes, without having to go and get detergent. Books to read, games, blankets for sitting on the balcony. And a guest Netflix account. The hosts have put their heart into this property, and it shows. This meant a lot to me, as I was in a lot of pain when I arrived. This rental was perfect for me, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I was lucky enough to record and document a European Kestral, who is nesting somewhere nearby.

The apartment is easy to reach, nicely decorated and clean. Just right for a city trip. Check-in was very easy and parking in front of the house is very convenient. Nikola is very friendly and easily accessible. The dogs in the garden on the ground floor often bark. It didn't bother us that much. We had a nice time and can recommend staying at the property!

I can highly recommend the apartment. The apartment corresponded in all details to the representations made when renting the apartment. The location was excellent for our wishes, the accessibility of the competition venue (Kooperativa Arena) was guaranteed at any time at short notice.

We found the place well! The apartment was very clean and neatly furnished and the bus to downtown (line no. 20)was only a 5-minute walk away! A good value for money!

We enjoyed our time in Jaroslav place. Something that stood out was the confort of the bed. It was also very well decorated.

Great apartment! Spacious, everything is available, the kitchen and bathroom are clean. There is enough tableware. There is a small garden where you can sit in the evening and enjoy nature. Neighbors do not interfere) This is the second visit to this apartment. I like everything. I will definitely stop here when I visit Pilsen
