You have your own private entry. The home is situated in a very nice neighborhood which is safe and quiet. The Irrigon marina is close by for the boaters. Great for a quick overnight while traveling through the area. Convenient for local workers. No pets allowed.

While we have gone to extensive lengths to eliminate sound transfer, you may still hear occasional footsteps above (especially 7-9 am and 5-7 pm).
