We had an amazing stay here! There was a group of 6 of us (one on the couch) + a dog. Melissa was so sweet and easy to communicate with. They left us a bottle of wine and local snacks, plus had tons of great recommendations! The house had ample space (the downstairs was way more spacious than the photos looked!) and the house was stocked with pantry staples, coffee/tea, games, books, beach towels, etc. They were even nice enough to let us borrow beach chairs for the day! The location was central and a close drive to nice beaches and good restaurants, and the neighborhood was nice for walking in the mornings. Friendly neighbors too! Would recommend to any friends or family!

This was exactly what we were looking for--it was equal distant from vineyard haven and oaks bluff, right along the bus route. We ended up renting bikes and biking to and from different towns, which was amazing. Theda was extremely responsive and even let us check in and out when we needed. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in town!

Walking into this place was a breath of fresh air. Literally. From billowy curtains to magazine-worthy decor. Clean, clean, clean from top to bottom without heavily scented cleaners or air fresheners. Thick towels, thick rugs, shiny floors, mirror reflected light and beautiful farm land views. We didn't lack for anything. Perfection.

Loved staying here— it was off the beaten path of main Newport which gave me the opportunity explore the areas that weren’t just on the tourist side! The drive to the main area of Newport was maybe 6 minutes…making it incredibly convenient but peaceful. The large bed was very comfortable, and Anne was a very kind host who gave me some good recommendations for indoor things to do in the case of some bad weather. Would stay here again!

Lovely space in a great area. Short distance to lots of local shops and cafes on Centre st - and to Jamaica pond - which has a green walking/running route. Good transport connections to central Boston and Cambridge and very easy access to the airport. Jennifer was a friendly, responsive and considerate host - very welcoming - and shared some amazing blueberry cake with us. Would definitely recommend.

Better than expected! Was in Boston with friends to explore the city. The place is bigger than it looks in the photos, we had plenty of space for all of our luggage. It was private and the balcony was very nice in the evenings. Everything that we needed for a busy trip was accessible, including silverware and glassware for when we had leftovers. And the place being right next to an active bus stop helped a lot. If you need a place to come back to relax after a long day of activities, this is the place to go!

This quaint home was perfect for my birthday getaway! We hadn’t been back to this area for 18 years & were delighted that it’s still such a lovely place to relax. We didn’t spend much time in the home because we were busy exploring - Hyannis, Provincetown, Martha’s Vineyard and strolling around. We loved seeing the wild turkeys that live in the area. Would absolutely recommend Jon’s place to anyone visiting the area.

Peter was an amazing host. My son and I were there in June. His place looked exactly what the photos portrayed and the descriptions were accurate. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the red line which takes you right into downtown Boston. We walked everywhere. The place was clean and had all the amenities that anyone could ask for. Peter was very gracious and fast to respond to any questions I may have had. If I’m ever back in Boston, I would certainly stay at his place again. Thanks Peter for making our stay enjoyable.

We only stayed for one night, but I wish we had been able to stay longer! It was clean and cozy with a beautiful view right on the water. Cara was responsive and provide clear instructions for check in and check out.

I can't say enough good things about Roger's place. The coded entry made it so easy not to have to carry a key when we were out and about. This location is in a beautiful neighborhood yet close to all attractions in the area and perfect for meeting family and friends nearby. The king bed was extremely comfortable, there was a bath and a half for convenience, and a beautiful full kitchen and living room with streaming channels readily available. Ceiling fans made the unit very comfortable as well and we were lucky enough to have beautiful weather for our stay. Roger messaged ahead of time to welcome us, left menus and suggestions for the area, and let us know he was available anytime we needed him if we had had further questions. We would definitely rent again and recommend to everyone!

Emily’s Airbnb was perfect for our stay. The neighborhood was safe. The apartment was very nice and clean. The backyard was beautiful. I would absolutely stay there again.

We booked the same day we needed to stay. She was super easy to communicate with, responded quickly and gave exact descriptions of how to check in. That was very helpful as we checked in after 9pm. This is the first stay I’ve had within the private home of the host and it exceeded my expectations. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

Perfect location for getting downtown Boston. Place was exactly as described. We felt safe and it was private. Parking could be confusing, but there are two spots you can park in, just ask for clarification if needed. We also had access to a free washer/dryer.

Diana is the best host ever. Thoughtful, as in yogurt and blueberries waiting for me because I came in late, and texted me when a package had arrived. Location can't be beat, steps from Harvard and Harvard Square. The Dyson cool and heat was magnificent, and I'm going to buy myself one. Great stay, I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Everything was as described. Clean and spacious. Loved the location. Salwa was super responsive when we needed anything.

We were in Winthrop for a few reasons. We were going to the MGH. Family and a Graduation. We were in the perfect location. My family lived in Winthrop. The Graduation was in Winthrop and we were close to the MGH maybe 20 minutes 1/2 hour or a little more with traffic. Ken was very hospitable made sure we had everything we needed and even last minute accommodated us when needed somewhere for a couple more days. Things worked out great!!

We loved our stay here for Memorial Day Weekend. The place is cute and has all the amenities you would need for a short stay. Gergana was great at communicating with us and was very welcoming!

The apartment is beautiful. Well done with plenty of space both in the Living /Kitchen area, both Bedrooms and Bathroom. Very well kept and clean. The neighborhood is nice, within walking distance to restaurants, a grocery store and public bus transportation. (The bus schedule to and from Cambridge is extensive). Overall a great experience. We would recommend this property for your stay in the greater Boston area. Pini was very helpful in helping us navigate the area, giving great suggestions for meals.

Stephanie was an amazing host - very responsive, have great recommendations and was super helpful. Place was clean and easy to get in and out with lots to do near by!

Look no further - book this spot. We have stayed in many Airbnbs in this area and this is definitely the nicest one. Spotlessly clean, thoughtfully furnished, modern, comfortable bed, located where we needed to be and great communication. I like the “no indoor shoes” policy, which kept things quiet for everyone. I’ve stayed at a few places in Boston….when she mentioned free street parking I was a little nervous, knowing how parking in Boston can be… This was a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking… Apartment was clean and well furnished…just a reminder this is a basement apartment with the owners living on the floor above you…so you do hear them moving around…didn’t bother us, but something to consider if you are expecting a quiet space…

We had a wonderful week at this airbnb. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the check in/out instructions clear and easy. Close to everything in Newport, Middletown restaurants, and a reasonable drive to other RI towns. Highly recommend and will definitely consider returning if we are in the area in the future.

Gina and Oscar were amazing hosts! They were super responsive and even came to the unit within 5 minutes to teach me how to drain the sink. Their place was PERFECT for my solo trip to Boston - close to public transit, stores within walking distance, internet for me to work from home, and a mini kitchen to save money on eating out. I’m so thankful I found this place!
