The view is exceptional on the sea and the interior in boat style make you really feel like you are on it😊. Super clean and well maintained, easy contact. In short, nothing to complain about, I would recommend it in a second.

Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

We had a lovely stay in this stylish and well designed studio apartment. Maneki was very responsive and hospitable, leaving lots of food and drink for us and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s in a brilliant spot, near the harbour and some great restaurants.

Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

We had a great stay in this apartment. Joël and Catherine were very welcoming and warm. The house was spotless, very clean and perfectly equipped. It is ideally located, just a few steps from the beach, in a quiet and relaxing area. It was the perfect place for a quiet holiday by the sea. We'll be happy to go back!

We spent three days in a very nice and very clean apartment in the middle of a beautiful wooded park. The accommodation is very quiet and well located in the city and close to all the sites to visit. We were very well received by Marcel and Ninja, a very sweet dog. the apartment is exceptionally clean, very well equipped and quiet, we had restful nights. The apartment is modern, functional and the bedding is of very high quality. Listing as described. Clean, nothing is missing, the bedding is excellent. Courtyard to park the car, the land is enclosed for children. The accommodation is in a very quiet cul-de-sac close to shops. Plus a breathtaking view of the Ria d'Etel. The coastal path starts at the bottom of the garden.
