The 18 m2 studio is fully equipped and newly renovated. The single sofa bench turns into a double bed. WiFi No smoking allowed

Vous serez idéalement situé dans l’hyper centre-ville de Vannes à moins de 5 minutes des toutes les attractions de la ville et 10 minutes de la gare. Tout se fait à pied rapidement et simplement. Le linge de maison (draps, serviettes, tapis de bain, torchons) sont FOURNIS ET INCLUS dans les frais de ménage.

This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

I welcome you to my home, a very cozy little studio In a quiet and relaxing location close to shops, 20 minutes from the beaches - Carnac, Erdeven, Sarzeau and 10 minutes from Île de Conleau P.S.: I do not charge a cleaning fee. It would be nice to make the studio clean otherwise you will be charged €50. The studio is not suitable for young children. I do not provide towels. If needed, a fee of €10 will be required upon arrival
