Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

If you come by train, the accommodation is 2 km away. Possibility of taking buses. It is very well located in relation to the very pretty port of St Goustan.

The stay we had with friends in Aurélie's villa was very pleasant, with a beautiful living room, a large terrace, offering space for 10 people. You can feel that the house has been thoughtfully designed and tastefully renovated. Its location makes it possible to get to the beach, whether by car or even on foot. Aurélie is also very flexible and allowed us to leave on Sunday afternoon with peace of mind. I will not hesitate to recommend it to other people who are looking for a house to rent in Carnac.

Listing as described. Clean, nothing is missing, the bedding is excellent. Courtyard to park the car, the land is enclosed for children. The accommodation is in a very quiet cul-de-sac close to shops. Plus a breathtaking view of the Ria d'Etel. The coastal path starts at the bottom of the garden. Patrick is a particularly friendly and accommodating host. To be repeated, in the meantime I recommend it without any problem.
