Family-friendly holiday rentals in Plitvička Jezera

Nice place for a family.

We stayed at Maja’s house whilst visiting Plitvice Lakes and this was perfect for what we needed - a short drive to the national park and a clean, comfortable and well appointed place to stay. Maja (and her mother, who looked after us whilst we were there) were really helpful and responsive throughout. Even finding a high chair for our baby when we arrived! The layout of the house is a little unconventional - but that’s all very clear from the photos, so no surprises. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in this area.

We had an excellent stay although we would have liked to meet the owners. We stayed for 5 nights and, being between 2 national parks, we found lots to do. 100% reccomended!

We had a great time in this cozy house with a beautiful garden. If you want to visit Plitvicer national park it is a great place to stay cause it is just 15 minutes away. Vedran and his wife were great hosts. Super friendly and warm hearted people. They gave us some recommendations in the area which were on point. All the best. Patrick & Annika

Dalibor's cottage is a great place. Very clan and spacious and perfectly equipped for a short - or longer - stay. We really liked the atmosphere and leisuring on the deck and in the jacuzzi after long hikes in the neighborhood. You are a few minutes away by car from 3 large supermarkets and any styles of restaurants. Perfect place for sending time in the Plitvice area (the entrance of the Park is 20 minutes away). Great place to stay for big family. We loved place a lot.

Dario s place is great. the place looked like the ones described in photos. He is very helpful and flexible. He took us to the park on day 1 and he helped us very quickly when we ran out of gas

Darko's place was a great place to use as a base while exploring Plitvice. Because we were doing the park with our baby, we didn't want to have to drive and hike on the same day, so we spent two nights. The apartment is a short walk to entrance 2 of the park, which was great, and after finishing our day of hiking, we were able to relax and make ourselves a nice dinner in Darko's well-equipped kitchen. He was also super responsive and helpful when we had any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Great communication, very friendly greeting! Overwhelming attention to detail and presentation made for a 1st class stay. Very clean and comfortable, with all the things you could need during a short stay. 5 stars for everything, thoroughly recommend and would definitely come and stay again. thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Ideal location for the lakes! Very peaceful (except for the natural alarm clock that is the cockerels! - All added to the fun experience though!) Would recommend a stay here!

Great stay - perfect location just a 10 minute easy walk to park entrance one. Food at the resort restaurant was great for both breakfast and dinner. They had a great wine selection too.

This is a lovely home. The extended family lives in another building on the same property. The kitchen has old fashioned appliances in keeping with the general feel of this traditional home.

A wonderful stay in a gorgeous location. Igor is friendly and has excellent suggestions. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the rolladens make it dark at night. Definitely recommend

lovely place, detached in it's own wide plot, surrounded by... well almost nothing and no-one. Very peaceful. Slightly quirky to these British eyes, but our family of 5 (adults) just about fitted it. Impressive BBQ area, as was the rest of the outdoor area. I think there's 4 different places for us all to eat together. plenty hot water. Good air con. Lots of cutlery and bowls and cooking stuff + oils and condiments. If you're not brand fussy, there's everything you need for washing hair and body. Only need toothpaste and toothbrush! Plitvice is only 15mins drive, so you can get there when it opens and have the place to yourself for a couple hours which is VERY worth it! Gojko recommended the local Bistro Vila Velebita, at which we enjoyed an excellent introduction to Croatia food and hospitality. Note: lounge seating is not that comfortable. Also some dexterity is needed to reach the double bedroom upstairs. But we loved the place!

With unlike friends and children, we decided to choose this vacation home. Everything was perfect! We loved the barbecue garden, the place with no signal, the beautiful nature, and the stove that warmed the entire house. All recommendations for this listing. We had more than needed and had a lovely rest.

We had 2 beautiful days. Very quiet. There is a swimming pool and a covered barbecue area, which we also took full advantage of. Restaurant and shopping are nearby. Even when our car broke down, we were immediately helped by the host. Very nice hosts and just to recommend.

Fun stay in the treehouse apartment. All very lovely. Only downsides were the fact that the campsite and pool were sooo busy, loud music at the pool and the apartment did not really have suitable outdoor space for eating as a family. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our two day stay. Thank you!

Fully equipped house with beautiful 2 terraces that are even in the winter months to use. The view is as extraordinary as the location is in complete peace and quiet. He gave his soul a break from the ordinary. The owners are wonderful people who welcomed us with open arms and a welcome package. They're also some of the few where pets are allowed, and you have a fenced-in play area for your little ones and pets where you can keep an eye on them at any time. In front of you, the view overlooks a large meadow where a large number of sheep come to graze during the day, and the sight is fantastic. During the winter months, there is no way to get cold, the stove in the lower part of the house is enough to warm up the entire house, and you don't need to use radiators and other heating sources for the upper rooms. All in all, a perfect place to rest for both the younger and the older population, I definitely recommend it. And we'll be back anyway!
