The Atelier Cottages/ The Eiffel Gîte

The Eiffel cottage is really atypical with its clover-shaped Eiffel bridge column and industrial mezzanine overlooking the living room. This column is a masterpiece of an Eiffel bridge reused here to support the floor. It is a very spacious, completely renovated old barn (130 m2) with a lot of character. Recently renovated, you will enjoy the exposed interior and exterior stones. This 140 m2 house offers you a bright and spacious living room. The covered terrace overlooks the pool.  You won't get tired of the sunsets and stunning views. We appreciate the calm of the place as much as our residents do.

The 95 m² house is located in a charming little hamlet in the fields and woods. Accommodation in total independence with 2 private entrances. Very quiet, restful nights guaranteed. Close to the Gers, of which Gramont was still part just over 200 years ago (close to Saint-Clar, Lectoure). Nearby (about 6 and 15 km) are also supervised swimming areas: swimming pool, lakes, very well equipped leisure center.

Studio in Gers

Comfortably furnished for two and located in our small village of Castet-Arrouy, come and relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. Dogs are allowed under conditions. This year, we have chosen to request a supplement of €4 per pet per day. There is more cleaning and cleaning to do after your four-legged companions leave. Thank you for your understanding.
