The most amazing location as described if not better. The house had all the amenities to self cater. Pascale was always on hand to assist if needed otherwise we were left to our own privacy. Location was stunning and again exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to book again in the near future. Thank you for letting us experience the beautiful home.

The place of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowing for beautiful walks and beautiful discoveries. We left with a lot of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

We had a wonderful time! What a lovely house full of charm, arranged with great taste and refinement. We immediately felt good there! Warm welcome from Ana and her son Théo who did not fail to give us all the good places. A binder is also available with all the activities, instructions, and good places (restaurants, markets...). A huge and beautiful beach nearby "L 'Anse du Croc". Also close to all the "spots" that we particularly love: Cap Fréhel, sand d 'Or les pins .... Amenities (shopping, markets) quickly accessible. A kitchen with all the utensils, we felt at home there! There was nothing missing! A living room with a huge and super comfortable sofa (+ WiFi games TV...). We will go back, we have already stayed several times in the Region, and it is this address that we retain!!

We had a great time. The house is beautiful and nice. The magnificent view. Everything is planned to make your stay easier. We'll be back.

Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

We stayed with friends in this beautiful and large house. The renovation is tasteful and of good quality, it is aesthetically beautiful and the amenities are numerous. The kitchen in particular. The garden and terrace are pleasant. In the evening, we are comfortably settled inside... to read a book in front of the fireplace. Bedrooms and toilets are upstairs. Thank you to Dagmar and Guy for their hospitality and responsiveness to our requests.

Mickael's little house is very nicely decorated, without a lot of frills. Perfectly adequate for two adults. The location for us was perfect, within walking distance to the sea (large beach), excursions in the area and for hiking on the coastal hiking trail. The only drawback is the road that leads directly to Cap Frehel. There is a lot going on here on weekends and public holidays. In the evening, however, it is very quiet for sleeping. Communication with Mickael was very good. He was always quick to respond. Starting with our booking, up to our arrival and during our stay on site. For example: The toaster was missing in the house because it had broken before. Mickael arrived immediately on Monday with a new toaster and even brought us oysters to try. All in all a lovely stay :-)

We spent four days in Caroline's very nice studio! The view of the beach is very relaxing, easy access to the beach because it's at the foot of the building. The accommodation is very functional, well thought out, furnished. Caroline is very welcoming, she offers good recommendations! we'll be happy to go back!

We had a great stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

We had a wonderful family stay in this perfectly equipped and ideally located apartment. Everything is thought of for comfort and the big plus… the sea view. Accommodation as described, the location directly in the centre of BINIC allows you to go eat or have a drink. We really enjoyed our stay to visit the pink granite coast which is located 45 minutes' drive away.

Great stay, great apartment, quiet residence, beautiful sea view. Xavier welcomed and advised us very well.

Great weekend spent in this charming studio, very clean, quiet and functional. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach and shops (2 bakeries, delicatessen, pharmacy, restaurant, kiosk, etc.). A great place to discover the area!

We had a great stay in Erquy in Pascale's beautiful apartment. The apartment was perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable, and nothing was missing. (apart from Wi-Fi, however my partner and I did not need it) — Pascale even thought of different small touches beyond the necessary. She was very responsive, warm and caring, even taking the time to write to us to make sure we arrived safely. Thank you so much for the great hospitality! My partner and I highly recommend them. We stayed 1 night and the small apartment was great. It offers everything we needed and there were also nice touches throughout. I do recommend to other guest.

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!
