Studio very well located in Perros Guirrec, good value for money. The space was very clean. Flexible check-in was very convenient for us because we were able to arrive at 10pm without any worries. Only 1 improvement would be a better mattress, as it is too soft and hurts on the back for more than one night. But otherwise very well!

Everything was perfect! We really appreciated the warm welcome from Philippe and his wife. They take great care of the hosts (kind attention to the welcome) and very kind to the children. The cottage was very clean and equipped with all the necessities "like at home", with high quality amenities. The garden is very well appointed with lots of children's games, garden furniture and very nice and flowery. We fully understand the success of this gite, which is amply merited.

Very nice stay, the house is large and well-equipped. Just missing wifi and heating on the veranda for winter stays. Other than that, no complaints! :)

Charming warm house facing a beautiful garden. The decoration is very nice, it feels very good there. It's a quiet and peaceful place. You are about 200 meters from the village where you will find bakeries, fishmonger, butcher, deli, supermarket, restaurants... There is also a market on Wednesday morning. You have everything you need nearby. And of course, you are close to beautiful places to discover: Tregastel, Perros-Guirec, Bréhat Island, Ploumanac'h, Plougrescant, St Malo... you won't get bored. Christophe, the owner is very friendly, discreet, and attentive to the well-being of his tenants. You can go there without so much as a second thought!

Very good stay with Véronique and Bruno, very pleasant and bright house located on the heights of Perros Guirec in a peaceful area but close to the port and 2 supermarkets. We enjoyed the beautiful flower garden and barbecue. We spent 4 great days in Pauline Martial and Rosa's villa.... We were greeted by Martial who is very kind and kind. The house is faithful to the photos offered , very functional and very pleasant: it feels good . If you plan to come to perros guirec and its region do not hesitate to rent Pauline's property you will not be disappointed!

Perfect stay at Karine's place. Charming little house in an atypical setting close to the chapel. Not overlooked. Small pleasant courtyard for a coffee or apero. Very clean and functional. I recommend for a couple and two kids or teenagers.

What a lovely and cute place to stay in Perros-Guirec! The house is clean, recently renovated and well equipped. Parking was free and easy to find on the street. The neighborhood is quiet at night. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, with one large bedroom in the main floor, with ensuite, and two smaller rooms up the circular staircase. These rooms share a full bathroom. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed a good nights sleep. The hosts, Sabrina and Sylvain, are delightful. They warmly welcomed us and provided an orientation to their home. Highly recommended. This is the first time that we are also satisfied with a rental: beautiful location, cozy and warm apartment, comfortable bedding, more than necessary in terms of supplies, delicate attention and availability from the owner, what more could you ask for! We will definitely be back.

Stay at the start of the year, few tourists and that's great. Unfortunately, a lot of shops closed for holidays, that's the other side of the coin. Beautiful seaside walk to the village, beach accessible to dogs outside the summer season. Reserved parking space, it must be a real plus in high season.

The accommodation is very well located for exploring the various tours and hikes. This one is spacious, clean and with all the useful amenities for a stay. Claire was present on arrival and departure which allows for live exchange. We have very good memories of this stay thanks to our host, his accommodation and this beautiful area.

Stop in Les Sables d 'Or, on the way to the GR34! Clean place, as described, host responsive! For your information, the next supermarket is located 35-40min on foot, complicated if not transported.

The accommodation is in a great location: free parking, shops, next to the beaches. The apartment is clean, the bedding is very good, storage facilities. Good cider and apple juice were waiting for us;) Only a very small downside: a little more mugs would be appreciated as well as a bottom of the closet because we had to buy salt, pepper, sugar etc ... and a magnifying mirror with an articulated arm would be convenient in the bathroom .

All exactly as described. Wonderful location with fantastic views. Small but nice apartment - richly equipped with everything you could need (comics, games, guidebook, binoculars, etc.). Ideal for 2 people or small family (parents: Let the children sleep on the pull-out sofa.. ;-)). All in all, we enjoyed Perros Guirec very much and the days can be spent - even without your own vehicle - wonderful with extensive beach walks, fishing, surfing, nature views and and and.

Very well located in the village of Ploumanach, 2 steps from Saint Guirec beach and restaurants and ice cream parlors. Very quiet, bright, well-equipped, well renovated. Just a clarification about the listing: there are no blackout shutters or curtains in the bedrooms, just curtains. We had a great time and will definitely be back.
