Liz and Simon welcome you to your holiday cottage in a charming old hamlet. You will enjoy the use of a private garden as well as a warm, comfortable interior. La Petite Maison is a 4 minute walk from a boulangerie (breakfast not supplied). Berrien is 5 mins drive from a supermarket in Huelgoat, and to its cafés, shops and restaurants on the lake. Berrien has some beautiful countryside, such as Huelgoat forest and the paths of the Monts d'Arrée. Morlaix - 22km, Carnatec/Locquirec 38km

Op loopafstand van vele sculpturen in 'La Vallée des Saints' (ook wel Bretons Paaseiland genoemd ) en op 15 min. rijden van diverse winkels, restaurants en supermarkten in twee plaatsen. (Carhaix en Callac).

Profitez d'un appartement entièrement rénové en 2022, avec le cachet de cet ancien hôtel de l’entre deux guerres. Idéalement situé entre le centre-ville et le port, il comporte une belle pièce de vie avec cuisine ouverte sur salon-séjour, une chambre au calme qui donne sur un patio privatif avec coin repas. Cet appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes grâce à un 2ème couchage dans le salon. Nous disposons d'un local privatif pour ranger des vélos. Petits chiens acceptés

Logement entier neuf, à 10 minutes à pied des commodités (commerces ,restaurants, ciné) . Idem pour l'accès au port ( embarcadère pour l'ile de Batz) et certaines plages . Le logement fonctionnel dispose d'une cuisine équipée, l'espace nuit est meublé d'un lit de 160/200 avec la salle de douche attenante. Une petite terrasse en bois dessert le studio et elle est privative. Nous disposons d'un local à vélo et le quartier est calme

Ici, vous êtes en vacances au bord de la mer, à 800m des plages. Descendez à pied à la plage du Moulin ou celle des Godelins par le sentier de bord de mer. Le centre-bourg, à 200m, vous donne accès à tous les commerces. La maison est un havre de paix, nous l'avons rénové avec des matériaux naturels et sains. Le salon, baigné de lumière, est ouvert sur la cuisine et le jardin pour vos barbecues d'été.
