Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Plemmirio

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Syrakus - und das unter anderem Dank dieser schönen, super zentralen Wohnung! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, immer gut erreichbar und flexibel, was Check-in und -Out anging. Die Wohnung war geräumiger als ursprünglich gedacht und bot vielerlei Möglichkeit für gemeinsame Zeit aber auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Wir können die Wohnung wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

We spent one week in this very nice house in the center of Noto. The house is in one word „ fantastic“, with its very nice kitchen and living room and the great terrace, all 2 min next to the cathedral. We can highly recommend this location for holidays.

Our extended family had a wonderful stay here. The space is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, the ambiance was authentic Sicily. We shopped in the markets and shared our recipes and ate epic dinners every night together. Would love to stay a month next time!

Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

Die Wohnung hat uns auf Anhieb sehr gefallen. Sie ist groß und bietet auf 2 Stockwerken viel Platz. Es gibt 2 Badezimmer jeweils mit Dusche, WC und Bidet. Ein Luxus! Auch die obere Terrasse ist groß, mit Ausblick auf das Meer, das in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen ist. In der Nähe befinden sich Lokale, Cafés und das beste Eisgeschäft Siziliens, Don Peppinu :) Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war angenehm und unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft wirklich sehr weiterempfehlen.

Villa Vendicari is a slice of paradise in Sicily. The grounds are breathtaking. You are tucked away from any noise amongst gorgeous vegetation. The spaces are comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out. The area had lots to explore in terms of walks, beaches, activities, and amazing food. We had THE BEST time and our only regret is we didn't book a longer stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

it's nice villa divided into 4 independent flats , located in the center of the village and surrounded local citizens and houses within specific Italian atmosphere 😀. Flat is modern and very nice with the huge terasse, but pure internet. There is absolutely nothing to do around except beautiful sand beach in 10 min by car. We always used car to reach Syracuse, Ragusa or any restaurant or supermarkets in Avolla. As a summary we would highly recommend for a couple of days if you have a car.

The property was very comfortable, nicely furnished and felt very welcoming and homely. It is extremely well located near the centre of Ortigia and yet is both private and quiet. Everything (shops/restaurants) is within a short walking distance. Gisella provided lots of support and useful suggestions for our visit and Gianluca was there to greet us locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.

Natalia's villa was perfect for what my friends and I needed. It was centrally located and very safe. It was our first time visiting the area, our flight was delayed, and one suitcase did not arrive on time. Natalia and her sister, Marcella were very understanding. Marcella was so great! Making us feel welcomed on the spot. The villa is very spacious..More space than we 3 needed but perfect for spreading out after a day of sightseeing. The views are spectacular, the people, warm and friendly. There is a Lidl up the street from the villa where you can easily get anything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with full size fridge and anything you might need to prepare meals at home. We can not say enough about this lovely property. We will definately be back! Salvo was a great host. Responded quickly to communication and went above and beyond what is expected. Really appreciated his help with storing our luggage. The apartment is only a short walk to the city center and Ortigia and was good value for money. The free breakfast at a local cafe/bar was lovely and a real bonus.

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Villa was one of our best AirBNB experiences ever! Elisa is so hospitable and kind, was always ready to advise! Elisa assisted with transfer, ordered us pizza when we arrived (flight was delayed and it was already too late to go for dinner). Villa is a large and beautiful place for stay, so clean, with everything could be needed during vacation! Location is perfect especially if you have a car- 2 minute drive or 19 minute walk from beautiful sand beach (perfect for children!), product shops also close. For fish and seafood -10 minute drive. Amazing Siracuse for evening walks -20 minute drive. If you are searching for great sea experience at Sicily - no doubts that Villa will be the right choice! Elisa, thank you ♥️

It truly was a home away from home. Beautiful furnishings. Comfortable bed. The host was very responsive, when we discovered we needed additional kitchen items. It was private and conveniently located.

Ho soggiornato per 7 giorni. Un luogo davvero unico e curato nei minimi dettagli. Hai a disposizione un sacco di spazio per goderti il dopo mare e puoi goderti anche la piscina che viene pulita ogni giorno. Il giardino parla da sé… e la casa ha tutti i confort e accessori necessari. Ottima per famiglie! Mare vicino! Inoltre un ottima posizione perché se in mezzo a tutte le città da visitare come Modica-Noto-Siracusa ecc. Sofia e suo marito sono persone da prendere come esempio, eleganti, in forma e allegri. Chiedete consigli a loro per qualsiasi cosa sopratutto per ristoranti, rosticcerie, gelaterie e posti da visitare. Non vedo l’ora di tornare in quanto innamorato del posto e della Sicilia!

Smuk bolig både inde og ude. Her får man virkelig et personligt hjem med fine detaljer som samtidig var indbydende som gæst. Meget smuk og hyggelig have som man kan fornemme bliver passet godt. Mange frugttræer og de lækreste citroner lige til at plukke til madlavningen. Super venlige værter som altid var behjælpelige. Vi manglede ikke noget. Vi vil helt klart vende tilbage.

Beautiful location across the river from Noto - the property is well-thought-out and cared for, large variety of interesting trees and plants (lemons, oranges, pomegranates, almonds, etc) around the house, fun pool for the kids, well-appointed kitchen and beautiful spot for evening meals looking over the vista of Noto as the sun sets. However, the highlight was the hosts - Emanuel and Sebastiano - flexible with check-in and check-out, Emanuel took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to all of the interesting parts of the property, and provide local recommendations, and Sebastiano was very helpful and patient when I forgot our passports at the house and had to return to get them - he safeguarded them and met me in town to return them. Highly recommended!

Super consigliato. Casa, impeccabile,pulita e dotata di ogni confort. Bel giardino,zona esterna con forno per pizza e griglia,cucina fornita di tutto. 2 bagni,uno per ogni piano,e doccia esterna. Biancheria pulita e profumata. Posizione eccellente,a 5 minuti di auto da vari supermercati,in massimo mezz'ora d auto si raggiungono le migliori località della zona(Ortigia,Noto,Scicli,Modica) Spiaggia tranquilla con bellissimo mare a 7-8 minuti a piedi. L' host ci ha reso disponibile il check in 3 ore in anticipo Vi dispiacera' lasciare questa proprietà e questi luoghi

We had a good stay at this clean and private place. We had to contact the host several times during our stay due to late check in, accidentally unpaid motorway toll etc. Giuseppe responded promptly and went extra mile to help. Many thanks!

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

Francesco and Salvo have the most beautiful villa that’s very private and perfect for our family. We loved the big shaded terrace for the hot midday moments, and especially loved the pool with its wide shallow steps that were perfect for our children. We also loved the location being less than 2 mins walk from the amazing beaches with very clear Turquoise water and 5 mins walk from the excellent Lido Aqua beach with great food. It’s good to have a car to go to wonderful Noto and Marzamemmi and supermarkets etc. Francesco and Salvo are excellent hosts and helped us in many ways. The house has excellent black out because of the in built shutters! Very useful with our children, everyone slept very well. Thank you Francesco and Salvo

Alessandro und Valentina gehören zu den herzlichsten Vermietern, die wir je erlebt haben. Nicht nur, dass Alessandro uns in Syrakus abgeholt hat, er hat uns gleich noch die Gegend gezeigt, Supermärkte, Restaurants empfohlen, sogar vor der besten Bäckerei in Cassibile (Panificio Nanè) gewartet, bis wir Brot etc. eingekauft hatten. Und als wir ein Auto mieten wollten, um die Gegend zu erkunden, hat er uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite gestanden. Es war jederzeit ein wunderbarer Kontakt zu den beiden. Das Appartement ist großzügig für ein Paar, die Terrasse der absolute Hit: ein fantastischer Blick aufs Meer. Wer also die Gegend erkunden will, ist in Fontane Bianche bei Alessandro und Valentina bestens aufgehoben. Man fährt tagsüber nach Noto, Syrakus, Modica und entspannt abends im Appartement. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht, die Betten sind sehr bequem, das Bad perfekt. Die Adresse ist eine absolute Empfehlung. Wir kommen wieder :) !!!

Ottimo soggiorno. La villa si trova a pochi passi dal mare e da una meravigliosa spiaggia, necessaria però la macchina per raggiungere i servizi e per raggiungere le tantissime località da visitare. La casa è molto grande, l' abbiamo trovata molto pulita e pronta a soddisfare ogni necessità. La descrizione e le foto rispecchiano la realtà, noi eravamo un gruppo di 9 persone, 4 coppie e un single, ognuno di noi aveva la propria privacy ma è stato piacevole condividere gli spazi comuni che sono molto ampi sia all'interno della casa che all'esterno. Il nostro host Kevin è stato molto discreto , disponibile e attento alle nostre richieste, ci ha dato dei preziosi consigli. Sia l'arrivo che la partenza è avvenuta di notte e lui ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni, molto precise, per fare tutto in autonomia. È stata una piacevole scoperta. Sarà per tutti noi un bel ricordo e sicuramente ci torneremo presto.
