Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Plemmirio

We loved our stay, host was very flexible on early check in. Host was very responsive to any questions. We loved the location, close to the beach, restaurants. Very walkable everywhere in Ortigia. Thanks again for a great visit.

We spent one week in this very nice house in the center of Noto. The house is in one word „ fantastic“, with its very nice kitchen and living room and the great terrace, all 2 min next to the cathedral. We can highly recommend this location for holidays.

Our extended family had a wonderful stay here. The space is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, the ambiance was authentic Sicily. We shopped in the markets and shared our recipes and ate epic dinners every night together. Would love to stay a month next time!

Couldn’t have been better. Easy communication, super warm welcome, awesome property that has everything you need and more. We felt immediately at home and even days of thunderstorm and rain were pleasant in this house. Valerio and his family have always been there for us and took care of everything super fast. The property looks in real life even better than on the pictures.

We had a great week in Tiziana’s place. Beautiful apartment in lovely little town. Lots of great restaurants. Great view from fabulous big balcony. Would definitely recommend apartment. Only negative was we had no WiFi for the week. There was a problem in the area and wasn’t rectified in the week

Villa Vendicari is a slice of paradise in Sicily. The grounds are breathtaking. You are tucked away from any noise amongst gorgeous vegetation. The spaces are comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out. The area had lots to explore in terms of walks, beaches, activities, and amazing food. We had THE BEST time and our only regret is we didn't book a longer stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house was made for our cycling holiday with friends! Very spacious with two bathrooms! We felt very comfortable! Thanks Piero

it's nice villa divided into 4 independent flats , located in the center of the village and surrounded local citizens and houses within specific Italian atmosphere 😀. Flat is modern and very nice with the huge terasse, but pure internet. There is absolutely nothing to do around except beautiful sand beach in 10 min by car. We always used car to reach Syracuse, Ragusa or any restaurant or supermarkets in Avolla. As a summary we would highly recommend for a couple of days if you have a car.

The property was very comfortable, nicely furnished and felt very welcoming and homely. It is extremely well located near the centre of Ortigia and yet is both private and quiet. Everything (shops/restaurants) is within a short walking distance. Gisella provided lots of support and useful suggestions for our visit and Gianluca was there to greet us locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.

Natalia's villa was perfect for what my friends and I needed. It was centrally located and very safe. It was our first time visiting the area, our flight was delayed, and one suitcase did not arrive on time. Natalia and her sister, Marcella were very understanding. Marcella was so great! Making us feel welcomed on the spot. The villa is very spacious..More space than we 3 needed but perfect for spreading out after a day of sightseeing. The views are spectacular, the people, warm and friendly. There is a Lidl up the street from the villa where you can easily get anything you might need for your stay. The kitchen is very well equipped with full size fridge and anything you might need to prepare meals at home. We can not say enough about this lovely property. We will definately be back! Salvo was a great host. Responded quickly to communication and went above and beyond what is expected. Really appreciated his help with storing our luggage. The apartment is only a short walk to the city center and Ortigia and was good value for money. The free breakfast at a local cafe/bar was lovely and a real bonus.

One of the best places we have been.. The villa is super cozy and you feel right at home! Also, Federico is a great host, he was always responsive and helpful, and gave us useful recommendations on the dining and things to do in the area. Thank you for the amazing experience!

Villa was one of our best AirBNB experiences ever! Elisa is so hospitable and kind, was always ready to advise! Elisa assisted with transfer, ordered us pizza when we arrived (flight was delayed and it was already too late to go for dinner). Villa is a large and beautiful place for stay, so clean, with everything could be needed during vacation! Location is perfect especially if you have a car- 2 minute drive or 19 minute walk from beautiful sand beach (perfect for children!), product shops also close. For fish and seafood -10 minute drive. Amazing Siracuse for evening walks -20 minute drive. If you are searching for great sea experience at Sicily - no doubts that Villa will be the right choice! Elisa, thank you ♥️

It truly was a home away from home. Beautiful furnishings. Comfortable bed. The host was very responsive, when we discovered we needed additional kitchen items. It was private and conveniently located.

I stayed for 7 days. A truly unique place with every detail. You have a lot of space to enjoy the after sea and you can also enjoy the pool that is cleaned every day. The garden speaks for itself... and the house has all the necessary amenities and accessories. Great for families! Nearby sea! Also a great location because if in the middle of all the cities to visit such as Modica-Noto-Siracusa, etc. Sofia and her husband are people to take as an example, elegant, fit and cheerful. Ask them for tips for anything, especially for restaurants, rotisseries, ice cream parlors, and places to visit. I can't wait to come back as I love the place and Sicily!

Corrado was so nice and friendly, he was a gentle man. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was perfect. Pool was fabulous. Every recommendation Corrado gave us was superb from beaches to the unmissable Canyon, to restaurants to day trips. I would highly highly recommend this place and the wonderful Corrado

Beautiful location across the river from Noto - the property is well-thought-out and cared for, large variety of interesting trees and plants (lemons, oranges, pomegranates, almonds, etc) around the house, fun pool for the kids, well-appointed kitchen and beautiful spot for evening meals looking over the vista of Noto as the sun sets. However, the highlight was the hosts - Emanuel and Sebastiano - flexible with check-in and check-out, Emanuel took the time to answer all of our questions, introduce us to all of the interesting parts of the property, and provide local recommendations, and Sebastiano was very helpful and patient when I forgot our passports at the house and had to return to get them - he safeguarded them and met me in town to return them. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. House, impeccable, clean and equipped with every comfort. Beautiful garden, outdoor area with pizza oven and grill, kitchen equipped with everything. 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, and an outdoor shower. Clean and fragrant linens. Excellent location, 5 minutes by car from various supermarkets, in a maximum of half an hour by car you can reach the best places in the area (Ortigia, Noto, Scicli, Modica) Quiet beach with beautiful sea 7-8 minutes' walk away. The host made check-in available 3 hours in advance You will be sorry to leave this property and these places

We had a good stay at this clean and private place. We had to contact the host several times during our stay due to late check in, accidentally unpaid motorway toll etc. Giuseppe responded promptly and went extra mile to help. Many thanks!

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

Francesco and Salvo have the most beautiful villa that’s very private and perfect for our family. We loved the big shaded terrace for the hot midday moments, and especially loved the pool with its wide shallow steps that were perfect for our children. We also loved the location being less than 2 mins walk from the amazing beaches with very clear Turquoise water and 5 mins walk from the excellent Lido Aqua beach with great food. It’s good to have a car to go to wonderful Noto and Marzamemmi and supermarkets etc. Francesco and Salvo are excellent hosts and helped us in many ways. The house has excellent black out because of the in built shutters! Very useful with our children, everyone slept very well. Thank you Francesco and Salvo

Alessandro and Valentina are among the warmest landlords we have ever had. Not only did Alessandro pick us up in Syracuse, he showed us the area right away, recommended supermarkets, restaurants, even waited in front of the best bakery in Cassibile (Panificio Nanè) until we had bought bread etc. And when we wanted to rent a car to explore the area, he assisted us with advice and action. It was a wonderful contact with them at all times. The apartment is spacious for a couple, the terrace is the absolute hit: a fantastic view of the sea. So if you want to explore the area, Fontane Bianche with Alessandro and Valentina are in good hands. During the day you drive to Noto, Syracuse, Modica and relax in the apartment in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering, the beds are very comfortable, the bathroom perfect. The address is an absolute recommendation. We will be back :) !!!

Great stay. The villa is a short walk from the sea and a wonderful beach, but you need a car to reach the amenities and to reach the many places to visit. The house is very large, we found it very clean and ready to meet every need. The description and photos reflect the reality, we were a group of 9 people, 4 couples and a single, each of us had their own privacy but it was nice to share the common spaces that are very spacious both inside the house and outside. Our host Kevin was very discreet, helpful and attentive to our requests, he gave us valuable advice. Both the arrival and departure took place at night and he gave us all the directions, very precise, to do everything independently. It was a pleasant discovery. It will be a good memory for all of us and we will definitely be back soon.
