Holiday rentals with beach access in Plazhi San Pietro

Great apartment. Loved my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Same with the sunset. The apartment has everything we as a family was missing. Super fast wifi, which our kids love. We arrived 30 minutes later than we had agreed because there were problems getting our rental car. Even though we arrived at 11:30 pm, we were warmly received. Our hosts were great. We only have good things to say. Our top recommendations for upcoming guests.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Gerti's apartment! From the moment we arrived, Gerti was incredibly helpful and hospitable, making us feel right at home. He was always available for any questions we had, and his quick communication made the entire process seamless. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped with everything we needed, especially since we were traveling with a baby. The kitchen was a dream! It had all the necessary appliances and utensils, allowing us to prepare meals easily and comfortably. The location of the apartment is simply amazing. We were close to various attractions and local amenities, making it easy to explore the area. After a day of adventures, we loved returning to the apartment, where the beds and mattresses provided exceptional comfort. We had some of the best nights' sleep we've had in ages! If you're looking for a cozy, well-equipped place with a fantastic host, look no further! Thank you, Gerti, for making our stay so memorable!

The apartment was excellent, and the host was very responsive to all our questions. Everything met our expectations and was great for us. The only issue we encountered was that the room was on the 9th floor, and the elevator wasn’t always working. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

A great place to stay that matched the pictures and had a fantastic view on the top floor. Got to watch the sunset every night from our balcony which was amazing. Steisi was a great communicator who made finding the apartment easy and was someone that I would book again with. Durrës is also a great city with lots to do and see.

Top location, wonderful view from the balcony, great restaurants nearby, fruit and vegetable vendors every morning in front of the house, beach in 50m away. Several supermarkets nearby. Really great, we had a wonderful holiday :-)

home very clean, very helpful host, I recommend

We had a wonderful time at Emi's big and bright apartment – the elevator was a real plus just with luggage. Everything was very clean and very well maintained, you immediately felt comfortable. The bed was super cozy – perfect for restful nights. The highlight was definitely the fantastic view of the sea, which we enjoyed every day. Direct access to the water directly from the apartment was simply unbeatable. Our host was exceptionally nice and very helpful. He provided us with great tips and was easily accessible at all times. Especially the restaurant Fluctus, which he recommended to us, was an absolute hit – great food in a great atmosphere. We would come back anytime!

Very hospitable and helpful owners, helped organize transport from the airport, responded quickly to messages, place in a very secluded and private place, very large apartment with a large patio, quite ordinary standard, a bit old, but it didn't bother us at all. The downside is the location, at least in the off-season, far from restaurants and supermarkets, and empty bars by the beach. Every day we walked to Plazhi San Pietro about 2 km, and we spent most of our time there because there was nothing to do in the area. it is worth renting a car to get around the area. I generally recommend it

It was a pleasure to stay at Rovenas place for a long weekend with my family. We all leave abroad with our parents living in Albania so for us time together as a complete family is precious and staying at Rovenas place made it feel like home. She was also very clear with instructions, very responsive, proactive and always happy to help. She suggested a great local restaurant. The place is as shown on photos with the spacious terrace being the highlight and feels peaceful especially at this time of the year. Loads of coffee places, restaurants etc nearby with the beach being less than 5 min walk. We are particularly grateful to Rovena for extending the check out time and accommodating our proposed time. We left with great memories and hope to be back soon one day. Thank you Rovena.

Very nice and warm welcome from the host. The outdoor courtyard is wonderfully private and spacious. Thought of everything, for example, air conditioning, coffee and anti mosquito! The cottages are 15m from the beach. 2nd shower outside is nice for when you come off the beach.

Excellent place and excellent service from the host

We had a lovely time at Flori's place. Flori was accessible throughout and everything worked great. The place was also as in the description and in the pictures. From this point of view, we were able to take great day trips every day and discover Albania. Since we were on site out of season, the resort was mostly closed. A restaurant "Triumf 2" was open and the construction work for the season has just started (beach treatment, etc.). Thank you and best regards from Germany. :)

it was a lovely clean place, with a big living room, 2 bedrooms. Raimonda was friendly and responsible all the time. In this small village you have to be quiet at 12pm. we had a good stay in this place.

Location couldn’t be better, the apartment was big and lovely. Big recommendations for anyone who wants a beautiful sea view for unbeatable price!

The apartment is well located, with restaurants and markets nearby. It also had a great view of the beach. The kitchen has plenty of counter space and a double sink. The washer worked perfectly for our extended stay. We did have an issue with the WiFi, but Sardi had it up and functioning in no time. Sardi was also very accommodating, allowing us an early check in and a late check out, which helped with our travel itinerary. We recommend this Airbnb.

Minus: Only real small grocery stores in the area. No bus stop near the area. Plus: Many high quality restaurants with reasonable prices in the area. Local Taxi works perfect. Donard is super friendly and takes care of everything. 2 minutes walk from the appartment to the super clean beach. Personal sunlounge and parasol at the beach for the appartment guests. Very clean accommodation very nice ideally located when you want to go out to eat at the restaurant or walk by the sea The most is the parking space in the basement I would highly recommend
