We had a wonderful stay at the lovely villa. We had everything we needed and more. The host was super communicative and helpful with all our questions and requests, be it house related, or even just tips and ideas. The location is somewhere between the capital city Tirana and Durres, so perfect to get away from the noise of the city, however still close enough to visit. We didn’t have any issue during our stay, and were very pleased with the house and the peaceful vibes it gave to us. Being situated just a couple minutes from the sea was a big plus, you could nearly hear the sound of the waves and feel the fresh air. It was just the relaxing escape we didn’t know we needed.

Accomodation was really nice and parking was on property was also good. Host was proactive and communicative. We got also a good recommendations and was helpful. Everything is was in walk distance. Washing machine needs little cleaning.

Artur was an absolute gentleman and a fantastic host. He kindly allowed early check-in and even arranged a large baby cot, which was a lifesaver for our toddler. The property was spotless and far better than the photos suggest – truly underrated. The kitchen was spacious with all essentials, the living room had comfy leather sofas and a smart LG TV, and the dining area was beautifully set. Bedrooms were cosy with fresh linen and large wardrobes; the ensuite had its own TV and bathroom. All rooms had powerful inverters. The secure parking, gated entry, and peaceful location just 10 mins from Tirana airport were ideal. Artur even responded to an emergency at 2am with positivity and speed. His English is great, and his local tips were spot on. The garden with roaming chickens added a lovely natural touch. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had – thank you Artur and the Lufi family!

Excellent location. The house is really comfortable, equipped with everything you need and even unexpected extras (for example, the kitchen was also very well stocked with many things that are often forgotten - salt, pepper, oil, spices, coffee, sugar, napkins, etc.). The HOST was very kind at all stages of our stay, she was easy and quick to contact her and was always available. The house is very nice, well-kept and in a great location (100 meters from the sea) and a short distance from Tirana and/or the airport. The beach is sandy, well organized (umbrellas, sun loungers, restaurants, children's games, beach volleyball courts, etc.) and in a closed and reserved area (they look at the entrance, few cars and therefore quiet even for small children). Finally, the house is very well equipped for small children (beds, children's games, slides and swings in the garden and many other gadgets to entertain the little ones), surely ideal for those traveling with family

We arrived at Villa Zen Oasis with the aim of escaping the daily stress for a few days. We couldn't have chosen better. We arrive in front of this gate and we were already feeling good, we enter a micro-world that already had the smell of tranquility, but we did not imagine that we had happened on the right side of paradise. After a well-kept driveway, we arrive at the entrance of this beachfront villa, where tranquility and silence reign supreme. This magnificent garden, just a few metres from the practically private beach. The Villa with its beautiful interior smells new, fresh; the owner, who speaks impeccable Italian, was available in everything, made us feel welcomed and pampered. We stayed with the aim of relaxing and our experience was beyond all expectations. If there's a way, we'll definitely be back! We can only recommend the location to anyone who, like us, needs a little getaway! Thank you.

Nice and well equipped appartment in the private complex accessible only to the guests, with beautiful pool and a supermarket. Just next to the beach.

Beautifully located apartment with a balance of sun and shade. Nice place to relax with children. Everything is perfectly clean. Availability of cooking equipment. Convenient location - close to grocery stores, restaurants, a small village market. Extremely sociable host, really 24/7 communication, so to advise many additional facilities such as transfer, places to visit, restaurants outside the settlement. I was vacationing with a family with three children of different ages, everyone was happy and the apartment was very satisfying for their stay.

I wanted a peaceful two day break and that is exactly what I got. The house was absolutely beautiful, super clean and bright and within walking distance to the beach. The hosts were super welcoming and responsive, so I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break with private amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to re-book! Marjo was the best host I ever had in my life! He let you feel home from the first moment! Now is like a friend, the villa is beautiful and perfect, and marjo has been very helpful with everything, I can’t recommend him enough, he made our stay unforgettable!

Wow, what can I say, with accommodation to such a standard I would usually be speechless, but alas, let me think and divulge. Let’s start with the hosts. Always went the extra mile, very hands on sharing local spots, brimming full of advice. Local butchers, with meat from the village. Delicious, finely charred on the BBQ provided in the residence. A plethora of entertainment. Backgammon boards, darts and a fridge full of beers. A wonderful space, perfect for a big group. Have stayed in many an Airbnb, but this by far was one that ticked all the boxes. But most importantly, the host was exceptional, fantastic and tremendous. Thank you so much, you may forget us staying but we’ll never forget you.

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful villa in Vala Mar. The location is perfect – peaceful, secure, and just a short walk from the beach.

Kim and her father Ilir are really very available and responsive to the slightest request, a nearby caretaker arrives very quickly when you have a request. i highly recommend this sweet sweet spot.

When we arrived, the place was a little dirty. However, after we informed the host, a cleaning lady was sent within a short time and we were served a traditional meal as compensation. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We were in villa with a large group. It is huge and well equipped! With garden, balconies, shaded terrace there is really plenty of space, also the children were happy. It is very idyllic on a hill with fantastic panoramas. Tirana is only a few kilometers away, but it should definitely be planned for traffic! When driving, the GPS sent to us via rising dirt roads. If you don't have a 4WD, it's best to drive over the mosque - it protects the underbody. Marius was always responsive and helpful, thanks for the great five days!

We had a great time and are definitively giving a deserved 5-star rating - but please be aware of a few things before you book: - there are only 4 double bed + 1 matress + 1 small folding bed - even though there is some equipment, the kitchen is not fully equipped for 10 guests and a few extras are missing like doormats - a few things are not well thought out (some windows cannot be opened completely and the whirlpool function in the pool does not work) - we had as much mosquito bites as never before in our lives, so better come prepared :) Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay, as the pool and the living room were perfect as well as having such a close distance to the beach. We got also offered to check-out later, so thank you very much!

The house is very beautiful and well equipped. The small inflatable swimming pool in the garden is a pleasure, but nothing beats the sea, only twenty minutes away. There are small mini-markets and fruit and vegetable sellers right next door. The host was quick to respond to our message and reacted immediately to the problem when we arrived. It was a pleasant stay.

Highly suggested. The area is not too central but in 5 minutes by car you can be in the city center. The place itself is very good, clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, there was a problem with the A/C and it was fixed within an hour or so. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and relax in Tirana, I would highly suggest to try this place.

We really had a great stay. The pool is on the sunny side during the day until late afternoon. The place was very clean and had everything you needed. We had already expected construction work outside the season, so we were aware of the noise. The stand was only a few minutes' walk away. The only thing I would "complain about" is the location that was given to us to get to the accommodation the fastest. I would have preferred to name the hotel, which is actually next to the accommodation. If you walk there with heavy suitcases, it's quite a distance

A really good place to go ! The only trouble is the water pressure that deserves to be upgraded if it's possible. The villa is confortable, perfect for big group ! Take some rental cars to enjoy the country. Special mention for Leonora, she's kind and very helpful. She finds us driver and make some groceries for us before our arrival.
