Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Playacar Beach

everything was great, we enjoyed it a lot, we just had a little problem with the signal, but otherwise everything was fine and very kind, thank you

Erika was a great host , very responsive and always helpful, the house is great and private , the pool is gorgeous peaceful and quiet ,location is great very close to the Quinta and the port . I totally recommend that place .

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

Jeffrey and Mariel are the best host we ever had. Extremely responsive, full of suggestions. House is beautiful and recent, nice furniture same as photos. El Cielo is a quiet gated community 10 minutes drive from downtown PDC. Strongly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown Playa. What really stood out was the excellent service. Jasmin and Edson were responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, and the concierge (Mauricio) was especially helpful during our stay—always available to assist with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa. Thanks again to Mauricio and the staff for making our trip truly enjoyable.

I will recommend friends and family Javier’s place, it was really nice and great location, comfortable and amenities were great, back patio sitting/dinning are with the pool was A+, 5 minutes from 5th avenue and ferry dock to go to Cozumel, lots of beautiful beaches near by and the neighborhood was nice and secure, convenient store and restaurants walking distance , we definitely will comeback in the future to playa del Carmen and definetely will stay at Javier’s place!

Just like the photographs. Very spacious rooms and very comfortable beds. The house is spacious and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Myrna was very friendly and helpful during check in and answered any questions we had about the house in general. Everything was excellent.

Juan, his team, and his place are maravillosos (wonderful)! My friends and I rented Villa Yambú for a bachelor party weekend. The house is beautiful and situated in a perfect location within Playacar Fase (Phase) 1. We were pleasantly surprised by the daily check-ins from the maintenance tech, Francisco, as well as by the daily cleaning service. We were wowed by the attention to detail: the housekeeping team realized we were missing certain bartending equipment to maximize our stay and, unprompted, provided it to us. So hospitable! I also highly recommend Chef Kim, whom Juan refers and lists in his house amenities guide. Chef made an amazing seafood paella for us and was a welcome addition to a fabulous final evening in PdC. The only hiccup we experienced was in finding the villa after entering the neighborhood. I recommend asking security for specific instructions, as the street addresses can be confusing. Thanks Juan! If you’re considering Villa Yambú, don’t miss out!

We had a great time staying at the house. The chef was unbelievable! The food was great, and the prices were outstanding. The house had plenty of room to hold all 13 of us. The walk to the beach was not to long about a 10 min walk after opening the gate. The kids loved the boogie boards and the swimming pools. The beds were all clean they were a bit hard, but nothing kept us from having a good time. We felt safe even with the kids walking. I would defiantly take this trip again.

Nice place, very close to everything, I highly recommend it.

Stayed there for a month and a half. Lovely calm place with a stunning garden. Everyday landlord was out tending to his plants and always greeting me with a smile. Planning on coming back for a longer stay. Great pizza restaurant 1 min walk. Centro maya is just over the road.

From start to finish, the experience was flawless. The attention to detail, the quality, and the overall professionalism exceeded my expectations. Carlos was extremely helpful and responsive! It’s clear that a lot of care and thought went into every part of this beautiful home. I felt valued, taken care of, and genuinely impressed. This was a wonderful stay, I loved everything Ms.Maria provided and enjoyed the garden. The cabin was beautiful and clean, with everything necessary for a great stay. If you are planning to stay in Cozumel you should definitely consider staying at Ms. Maria place, she is great person!
