Holiday rentals with beach access in Playa Sardinas II

Great location, actual apartment is stunning and host is extremely good at communicating. When we had a small issue it was quickly resolved. Thank you for the great stay!

Warning: do not book this property unless you have a jeep or UTV booked! The roads to access this place are rough and many taxis won’t do the journey, and those who will charge a small fortune to do so. It’s not in walking distance to anything so you’ll be stuck if you don’t have a car. We learned this the hard way. Now that that’s out of the way, the house is great! Pictures are super accurate - it’s small but was doable for 4 of us for a few days (2 adults, 2 kids). The view is incredible and the deck is glorious. The towels and sheets are shockingly soft, and all the beds and everything were really comfy. They have beach cooler and chairs, and plenty of bath and beach towels. The kitchen has all the basic tools you’d need. Great fans and air conditioning to keep you as cool as you want. The water pressure is pretty low, but plenty of hot water to unwind after a day at the beach and you can shower with the view! The host was responsive and helpful. Felt very safe and homey.

Aydil and Yadil were quick to respond and very attentive! Specially during checkin. Their instructions were clear which made it all easy. I loved the condo. It was clean and had all the things we needed. The fans in the living room were great! The balcony view was beautiful! The beds were super comfortable and everything was clean. It was perfect for our stay! 10/10 recommend!

Great location, close to the ferry terminal and lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and spacious rooms. The only thing we struggled with was the loud music next doors until 2am. Everything else was great.

We loved our stay on Vieques! The house was in the perfect location for sunsets and snorkeling just off of the private beach below. Lots of room for our family of 6. We appreciated having the 3 bathrooms and LOVED the outdoor shower. How tranquil to shower and stare at the ocean at the same time!We cooked most of our meals at home. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. We were fortunate enough to have Josh just up the street to answer our questions and provide us with advice and history lessons about the island, food and tourist activities. We ended up changing our plans based on his recommendations and our trip worked out so much better! We would certainly stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks Josh!

First time in Vieques and couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay. This penthouse apt has the most stunning view and is secluded yet central enough to get anywhere easily. Perfect spot to watch stars or see the weather change on the surrounding landscape throughout the day. Outdoor shower is also a treat. Would love to come back here again someday!

Great property! Jeishly has thought of everything and the extra amenities made it feel so homely. We loved the coffee station, the outdoor seating area and the beach towels. The property is in a great location just a stones throw away from the ferry terminal. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The house and location was perfect for our family week stay! The house had everything for meals and walking distance to restaurants and beach. Enjoyed the back patio and the lovely natural landscape. The place was great. We had an amazing time. The space was exactly what we needed and was cozy and comfortable. The only thing was when we were trying to get there google takes you to the wrong house, it is further down the road and the location ok air b&b is also incorrect. A very kind neighbour helped us out finding the place. Once we got there it was smooth sailing

We had an amazing stay! The property was exceptional—spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and very kid-friendly. One of the highlights was the thoughtful inclusion of beach essentials like coolers, chairs, beach toys, and balls, which made it so easy to enjoy beautiful beach days. The manager was also incredibly kind and helpful, which made the experience even better. You can tell a lot of care goes into this place. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone and would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was truly magical. The place was spotless, and Lily thought of everything in terms of amenities. We were sad to leave and are already planning a trip back.

Jacob's cute house was the perfect place for a stay in Esperanza. Located on a residential street, we felt very safe and all neighbors were friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended 😊

This airbnb is exceptional. It has above and beyond amenities/stock like tin foil, sunscreen, beach towels, umbrella, beach game. Additionally- the views are wonderful, the ac works and the bed is comfy! Literally my only note for the whole place is that the pillows are intensely stuffed and for someone with neck problems this posed a difficulty for me- this is minor, but just wanted to note it. I hope to stay here again! I read reviews that said grocery store, etc was walkable and while this is true- I thought it would be helpful to know that the grocery and walgreens are across a pretty busy highway like road- so we drove even though it is right across the street. Luquillo which is walkable (by beach or street) or a short drive had restaurants, coffeeshops, breakfast, etc.

This is a perfect place to stay. It’s beautiful & has the BEST view, it’s close to restaurants, activities, & the beach. Love the bedroom that has 2 bunks. Great shower. Kitchen is well-supplied. Elevator is quick for it to be on the 23rd floor.

Casa del Encanto truly lives up to its name. I visit Puerto Rico every 5 to 7 months, and this was one of the most peaceful and rejuvenating stays I’ve had. I originally booked it to assess the location ahead of the upcoming Bad Bunny concert since hotel prices are soaring, but I didn’t want to leave—not even to go to the beach. It was full-on Zen mode for me and my partner. The views, breeze, and privacy were everything. A vehicle is definitely needed, but it’s worth it for the comfort and quiet. Sara and Alex’s hospitality and communication were first class—they made us feel like family. One important tip: go with the restaurant they recommend. We chose Pizzería Rústica—Brooklyn-style pizza and tap beer hit the spot. I’m already planning my return.

Magnificent condo with all the amenities needed away from home. Secure location for rental, key card entrance, beach walk access (but not for swimming). Playground, giant swimming pool, kiddie pool, BBQ grilling areas, laundry room (with detergent) and snack machine. Not far from Luquillo, San Juan, El Yunke, the ferry to Vieques and Culebra.. but right there in the marina next door are the rental boats/taxi to take you to those and the Icacos Island! Panorama Ocean/Marina/Island views, from both indoors and the balcony. The living room windows slide open to let the fresh ocean air into the place. Luis has equipment needed for beach outings, a basketball, and a work station. The room is very comfortable, we recommend sleeping with the blinds open atleast once to see Puerto Rico's sky wake up! We loved our stay, and will be staying here again. We HIGHLY recommend Luis' Condo. PS: Take pictures in the giant mirror at the Lobby entrance like Paparazzi!!. YOU'RE A STAR!!
