It is a place located in a local neighborhood, 5 blocks short walk to the beach, and 15 min walk to the boardwalk. We are located in the hotel zone, we have accessible roads to get to any point. A few steps away is the sports unit with athletics floor and courts for various sports. Walking you can reach both downtown and Malecon, as well as the Versalles neighborhood, where you will find a lot of bars, restaurants and coffee shop. In front there is a supermarket, gyms of various kinds, the beach only 500 meters away, bike lane in front and bus stop 20 meters away.
