The front of the casitas open up onto the patio through a huge 12-foot wide pair of French doors that bring the ocean view and breeze right into your casita. Located two blocks from many of San Pancho's best restaurants and taco stands, and three blocks from the beach, Casa Xochitl is both removed from, yet totally accessible to San Pancho culture, nightly music, great food, and community activities.

Come and enjoy life in this beautiful apartment, located just steps from the beach. Here you will find everything you need to spend your best vacations with family and friends. We are on the second level, this apartment has an elevator and access for people with reduced mobility.
