We went with my partner and stayed for a month. It really is a very comfortable, homey, and intimate place. Everything was as seen in the photos, super clean and tidy when we arrived. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped, in the best area of Mar del Plata. All its rooms have direct sea views, allowing you to enjoy the place at all times. The building staff are very friendly and the service of Alvaro, the host, is impeccable. In the area you will find everything you need to enjoy a stay in the city, supermarkets, pharmacies, gastronomy, bars, cafes, etc. I would definitely come back!

Beautiful and cozy duplex. I had everything you need. It's as it appears in the photos. The owners were friendly and helpful constantly. The place that surrounds it is beautiful. Very quiet and ideal to disconnect after walking around the city. We would definitely come back and recommend it!
