The house is 5 minutes away from many beaches like La Pared Beach, Playa Azul, Costa Azul Beach, Balneario La Monserrate Luquillo and Northeast Ecological Corridor. 10 minutes away from Bioluminescent Bay and Seaven Seas Beach in Fajardo. Also 15 minutes away from El Yunque National Forest in Rio Grande and 5 minutes from Caribbean Cinemas Theater, Shopping mall and Pharmacy.

Welcome to Stingray Villa — a peaceful 2-bedroom space just steps from the beach and surrounded by lush tropical gardens. This first-floor unit is located in the bottom left corner of the main building (non-pool side when facing it from the front) and is easily accessed without stairs. Located within Del Mar Lodging, a family-run property in the seaside neighborhood of Fortuna (Luquillo), this villa offers a quiet and comfortable stay whether you’re here to relax, explore, or work remotely.

Fall asleep to the sound of the surf in our 2-bedroom, 2-bath ocean front condo. It's beautifully furnished and fully equipped with 2 queen beds + 2 full-sized click-It sofas. Enjoy meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean view! PLEASE NOTE: Our ocean wall had to be rebuilt after Hurricane Maria. A gate to the ocean was installed but the stairs have never been installed. No worries--beach access is available through the community basketball court (3 doors beyond our property.)

Studio apartment across the street from the beach, 30 minute ride from the airport and 15 minutes away from the only rainforest in the U.S. national Park System, El Yunque Rainforest. With security at the main entrance of the condominium complex, lobby area of the building and ample free parking. The studio has been decorated with furniture sourced from a local artisan. I assure you the views from our property will convince you of what a beautiful Island this is.
