Monthly Rentals in Playa El Tunco

Great place to stay especially if you are there to surf and be in the mix of El Tunco. The waves of La bocana is less than a minute walk, Sunzal about 5min. You will be surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars. The rooms are clean with air-conditioning and parking. Paola whom I communicated with was super helpful and responsive. Keep in mind it does have minimal amenities as listed, but for the price and location it can't be beat!

Guillermo is a gem! He is super nice and communicates quickly if you have any questions or issues! He always responded to me within minutes. I really recommend this villa. It was so nice and relaxing, just like the images. Tons of places to sit and hang out. It’s super cute too! A/C in the rooms that works perfectly. There is a black sand beach not even 5 minutes from the Vila. The days we went it almost felt private—it’s tucked away from public entrances. I’ve heard a lot of other beaches are rocky so we felt lucky to have access to this beach! Going up the stairs to the other beach is also a beautiful walk. Altogether a prime location for soaking up sun. Definitely grab some groceries or plan to rent a car! Pelícanos is very close, and the tienda has water. But that’s pretty much it, you’ll have to drive if you want food anywhere else or commit to walking a bit away. Overall a beautiful place to stay and would recommend. Affordable, clean, and exactly as described. The air conditioning works great, and the location is a short walk from the main attractions. The only thing to note is the sound of road traffic, dogs, and roosters if you are a light sleeper. Overall, I was very pleased. Oscar was also a very responsive host.

Place exactly match to photos and description. Very close to the El Tunco beach. David is a very friendly and helpful person… even he left me a surfing board 🏄‍♂️ everything was great. Thank you
