The pool is warm and was always empty, the jacuzzi also with warm water, all the areas have air conditioning, I only struggled with the one in a room and I was able to turn it on almost when I was leaving, but otherwise everything was great, Tere always attentive to my messages, the house is very nice and spacious, I would definitely stay there again 😁

The accommodation is in very good condition. Juan Carlos was always attentive, since Check in until check out. The cleaning staff is very friendly and discreet, we were in a family plan and we were very happy and comfortable. The house is very well equipped with appliances and towels in the bathrooms and pool. We will definitely consider this stay again in the future.

Very good option to stay in Acapulco Diamante, Ale's apartment has everything you need to have a great time of rest. The pool and gardens area of the condominium is in perfect condition, very nice to spend the day. The location is very good, close to the beach and points of interest. Excellent accommodation, the location is very convenient, when you leave you have the beach and places to eat. The place is delivered to you super clean, it is comfortable, it has air conditioning and it is very spacious; communication with the owner and the manager was always very prompt and very accessible. The property is in excellent condition. The place is comfortable, clean and well equipped; both the bathroom and the services offered satisfactorily meet expectations. Overall, the experience was very pleasant and I highly recommend it. As the only observation, during all the nights of our stay (and even in the mornings) a sound similar to a lament was constantly heard, possibly from a child or a woman, which can be uncomfortable when resting. Apart from this detail, everything else was impeccable.

The house is spacious, the beds are good and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the hammock! Everyone slept well and had a good time!

Everything was very good, we had bad weather and yet we were able to enjoy the stay because the house is so complete. There is a lot of shopping nearby, the area feels very quiet and safe.

The place is excellent. The amenities are excellent. The food that Cecy prepared for us was exquisite, her disposition excellent. A perfect place for my parents, access to the sea and a very good pool.
