Wake up to the sound of the waves. 1 bedroom apartment with about 50 m². The apartment is on the ground floor and opens directly onto the pool and the sun lounger area. The living room is a unique area with a sofa bed, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed with an en-suite bathroom (with a shower tray). It has: Living room with about 20 m² and direct access to the communal pool, which overlooks the beach. Wi-Fi TV. 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, extractor hood, microwave with grill), sheets and towels, kitchen utensils. There will be some cleaning consumables, some kitchen and bathroom consumables for arrival, (but not all those seen in the photos are guaranteed, nor are provided for the entire stay, the replacement is at the expense of the client). It has an outdoor table with chairs. Beds: One double bed and one sofa bed. We have six very similar apartments with small differences in decor. They are assigned based on availability. Up to 4 people. Upon departure from the accommodation, if pets have stayed there, we need to carry out an extra cleaning to remove hair from the property, as this is a requirement of the rental portals. This is because there are people who are allergic to hair, and we must ensure the property is clean when they arrive. For this reason, in case of pets, this entails a single extra surcharge of €50 to be paid upon arrival, although if it only comes with a pet, and informs us previously, the cost will be only 30 euros upon arrival in cash or by card. At all times of the stay we must take special care to avoid that our pets can cause discomfort to the rest of the neighbors. Thank you very much for your understanding. Kind regards.
