Apartment of about 50 m² on the ground floor, facing the sea, completely renovated and located in a small complex with a communal pool on the beach. From the living room, there's direct access to the pool and sun lounger area, with the Mediterranean just a few steps away. The interior combines wood, natural tones and warm lighting, with an open-plan living area that integrates the lounge, dining room and kitchen. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is especially comfortable for couples and small families. Bedroom and bathroom It has a separate bedroom with a 150 × 190 cm double bed, a wardrobe and a fully renovated en-suite bathroom with a large shower. Includes sheets, pillows, blankets, towels and a hairdryer. Living room and kitchen The living room, approximately 20 m², has a double sofa bed, TV and Wi-Fi, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. From here, you can go directly outside, where you'll find a small table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, a ceramic hob, a washing machine, a microwave with grill, an extractor hood, a coffee maker and a toaster, as well as crockery and kitchen utensils. The apartment also has air conditioning (cooling/heating), hot water from a water heater, an iron, a clothesline and basic cleaning supplies. Upon arrival, we leave some kitchen, bathroom and cleaning supplies as an initial courtesy. They may vary, and the guest is responsible for replacing them during the stay. Swimming pool and beach The property has direct access to the communal pool and sun lounger area. The complex faces the Mediterranean, with the beach right in front. Things to know We have four very similar apartments in the same complex, with small differences in decor and finishes. They are assigned according to availability, so some details may vary from the photographs, while the main features of the booking remain the same. Pets Pets are welcome. A cleaning fee of €50 per stay applies, reduced to €30 if you are travelling with only one pet and you inform us in advance. This fee is payable upon arrival. We ask that you take special care to avoid disturbing other residents.
