Cosy 2 bedroom ground floor apartment only 100 m from the promenade within walking distance of both Puerto Banus and San Pedro. The area named Castiglione is a quiet friendly "gated community" with stunning gardens! Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, gym and padel courts. Perfect apartment for a family or two couples. The apartment is 90 square meters, 50 square meters back garden is very well planned with direct access out to the patio and pool area. The perfect vacation home!

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene hideaway, just a short walk to the beach, the boulevard and the village. This is a private, self-contained apartment attached to the main house but completely independent. It is the bright refurbished downstairs floor of our modern villa and is flooded with light. It has its own entrance, private patio-courtyard and tropical Bali-shower. It has all the sun and light of the morning and much needed shade of the afternoon with a chillout fire pit.
