Holiday rentals with a patio in Playa de Punta Umbría

Great stay and very comfortable apartment!

We had a very nice week at Casa Maria 2. The location is super central and you have sea views. Rita, Daniela's sister, was always available for us and took care of us immediately when we had a power outage due to heavy rain. Only the loud ventilation on the roof terrace from the restaurant on the ground floor could have been mentioned.

Great local, very clean. A few minutes from the beach, Easy access to the entire region of the Algarve and Spain. I recommend and will come back !!

The apartment is fantastic. Great location, lovely village and the medieval festival was delightful. Th apartment is spacious, meticulously clean and equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The secure parking space was particularly useful and a real asset to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Lucia’s place. We stayed with two small kids for 2,5 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is very spacious, pretty and has all necessary amenities. The outdoor space is also very nice. Sunny and private. Lucia was a great host and the communication with her was smooth.

We were guests here as a whole family and celebrated Christmas together. Our kids loved hiking through the orange and avocado plantation, eating fresh oranges from the tree and horseback riding was a great experience. Great house for children and large family with grandparents. Well-maintained and clean. Frederico got us everything we needed. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful 4 week stay in this Central Tavira Townhouse, which was exactly as described in the listing. David met us at Faro airport and drove us to the house, which saved us worrying about finding a taxi and the right address. We were greeted with a huge welcome food box including not just tea, coffee, milk etc for our first night but also bread, bacon, eggs, beans, water, beer and wine. As we're both not very mobile, we found several supermarkets a short and inexpensive taxi ride away. Nearby was the river and a good selection of every type of restaurant. We like to explore and loved that the local bus station was just across the road from the townhouse. We visited much of the Algarve very easily by bus. The property is huge with two big bedrooms, two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The back garden was lovely to sit out in the sunshine and we enjoyed several BBQs. Overall an excellent stay that we would highly recommend.

What a large house! 3 terraces and 3 large bedrooms together with a fully equipped kitchen and nice living space. Lovely to stay and easy communication. We will come back!

The house is equipped with everything you may need. Excellent cleanliness. Brian, he informed us very well of everything; supermarkets, beaches...etc. Our stay was very comforting. Definitely a place we'll recommend.

The place was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to the bars and restaurants but quiet location. Late check in was no problem. We had a lovely time.

The apartment is located in a gated condominium urbanization, in a block with the best view of the entire development. On the terrace/back balcony we find everything to enjoy the views and the good weather, sofas and chairs, pillows and 2 sun loungers. Inside, the photographs speak for themselves, but everything is a precious thing, especially for those who appreciate details. The only if it is the fact that the swimming pool is restricted, it is a pity not to go in the morning. Otherwise, you need to drive to shop, eat, go to the beach, etc. Overall a very positive experience!

Fantastic place and stay, we spent most of the time on the balcony - brilliant to have so many lounging/seating options. The place had a lovely personal touch and really liked the thoughtful lighting - made it all very relaxing. We would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

A very good stay to go with the family. Close to the beach, quiet area and there is a supermarket close to everything. Everything worked perfectly and the apartment very well equipped. Lovely home on multiple levels. Great roof patio. Easy access to large local mall with Continente grocery store, pharmacy, mobile phone service, clothing stores and movie theatre. This was our first stay in Tavira. Probably our 8th stay in the Algarve. Really loved it’s charm and will be back. A 10 minute drive to downtown and some free parking. Not as crowded as further West. Short trips to local small towns. Half hour drive from Faro airport. House is airy, good heat on all rooms. Easy parking at front door. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Dorota was extremely responsive to any inquiry we had. She even left some oranges and lemon from her garden. We are both in our 70s and my wife has some mobility issues. The home having multiple levels, there are short stairs between all levels. There is no hand rail from main entrance to lower family room/dining area. Great home and stay and highly recommended. Make sure you purchase Tavira grown oranges, they are the best.

The apartment is excellent, in very good condition, clean and equipped with everything. fantastic views and well located to visit PN Doñana, the beach, restaurants. the only problem but it is a common thing in Matalascañas are the stairs, for people with reduced mobility it can be an inconvenience. we will definitely be back again Thank you Victor and Paqui
