Spanish Amazing studio with beach front, fully equipped with TV, microwave, air conditioning and heating. The complex has gardens, swimming pools, tennis courts, indoor parking area The studio has a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, glasses, plates, coffee maker, refrigerator and cutlery. She puts on sheets, pillow cases, towels, kitchen cloths. The kitchen has two burners. On the ground floor of the building there is restaurant with menu There are also restaurants, bars, supermarkets, hotels, shopping area, cafes, near the Shopping and Leisure Center Plaza Mayor and Torremolinos. The apartment is comfortable and cozy and has access to two swimming pools, one for supervised adults and one for children. The pools only work in summer, from mid-June to mid-September (in summer) although on the beach you can bathe almost all year. The urbanization has parking areas in the inner streets, where it is accessed with a remote control In July and August it is very difficult to park since there are almost twice as many apartments as there are parking lots. To the guest who requests it I assign a control so that they can access the car inside the urbanization with a deposit of 40 euros that will be returned when the control is delivered running. (Only one car can enter per apartment) .supermarkets, hotels, bars, shopping area, cafes, near Plaza Mayor Torremolinos.( In July and August, the minimum rental is one week.)
